My wife was driving her new used car from Qld to Canberra when it developed a fault and went into 'limp' mode - on the motorway. She drove it to Cardiff Ford, needing to be in Canberra by days' end. The service department fitted her in straight away and had her back on the road, repaired and with sound advice, within an hour. Excellent service which enhances their reputation. Thanks guys!

Worse customer service in the service department. I'd give a zero if I could it was that bad, The guy was so rude. I'd never go back to Cardiff Ford. The sales man told me there was no issues with my vehicle when i purchased it. The model I bought had issues and taken to court by the accc but theres nothing wrong with the car......

new car ,like the ca,r not detailed, no books, tint scratch, wrong info sent to fincance company, can never get salesman on the phone, have bought 3 cars off them but this will be the last. Not happy

Absolute joke of a dealership, called to put a offer in on a vehicle they had in stock for $25,987, offering $25000 which i believe is a fair negotiation, no one called me back to inform me the cars on their lot are "fixed price", yet on their website the price fluctuates however they see fit, the same car now reads $26,841... Not really fixed price then are they guys? Steer clear of cardiff ford! P.s I've purchased 9 new fords in the past year, never seen any kind of behavior like this before.

Enjoy paying interest on a car that can sit on your lot for longer, reducing your profit margin even further.

Purchased a 2019 Focus Active with just under 4000km on it. Very easy and smooth transaction with initial drive away price being very competitive and also got a fair deal on my trade in. Steph in Sales and Katie in Finance made this happen quickly. Would definitely buy again from these guys

I had a great experience with Cardiff ford. My 4yr old car with not many kms suddenly had a significant issue needing attention. The staff were great to deal with and helped me sort out the issue with Ford Australia. I definitely recommend Cardiff Ford.

An auto electrician suggested taking my car here due to the need of codes. No service provided, didn t read the invoice of what had been done and needed doing. Appalling phone manners, rude and condescending. And was told that if I took it to a decent auto mechanic it wouldn t of ended up in their garage. Maybe don t call your business a service centre . If their was no stars on this review I d still look for less.

Cardiff Ford team provided much appreciated support throughout the 6 month saga that developed after my 2009 Ford Focus (at 92,000Km) developed dangerous erratic and ultimately unsolvable 'limp mode' problems.
No credit to Ford Australia who refused my requests for assistance. The car was consigned to scrap as I couldn't sell it to anyone in good faith.

Cardiff Ford's new car salesman Jove Markovski made buying my car a great experience. I'd recommend Jove to anyone looking at a new Ford.

If I could give this dealership zero stars then I would! My husband purchased a car THREE years ago from Cardiff ford. We were completely lied to from "Sonia Fleming" in the finance department throughout the whole process. Sonia organised finance on the car for my husband. To cut a long story short my husband paid $24,000 for a second hand Ford Ranger and obtained finance through St George bank. We sat down with Sonia and asked a lot of questions which we were clearly given false answers to. My husband has been paying off this car for three years and has paid over 15 THOUSAND DOLLARS and his loan amount has BARELY reduced. Sonia assured us that the interest was paid yearly with this loan and that if we wanted to pay it out there would be no breakage costs, we just ring up and pay the remainder of the loan. My husband pays fortnightly and 50% of his payment goes straight to interest!!! We called St George yesterday and asked to pay the loan out and try and get ourselves out of this mess and they stated that there would be a $2000 breakage fee. We have already paid nearly $8000 in interest over the 3 years and still have 4 years left on the loan... as a young couple trying to get ahead in life we are absolutely devastated, especially at the fact we were lied to throughout the whole process. To make matters worse when I retrieved the documents for this loan we were only handed page "1 of 6" of our "loan agreement" how do these people get away with this??? They clearly earn a high commission for sucking people in and signing them up to these loans. I will be contacting ACA & consumer affairs today. I would not recommend Cardiff Ford to my worst enemy. Shop elsewhere people!!!

Terrible service. Staff that couldn't care less.

Walked around the yard for 10 mins, trying to look in cars (all of which were locked at 10am on a weekeday), could see staff inside glance at me and go back to talking to each other. Had to go inside and ask for service. Still stood round waiting for a few more mins until someone decided to talk to me. Asked for a quote on a new car. Showed them a quote from another dealership. Get told "I'm not even going to try to match that"
