You are always welcomed with a warm smile, staff is awesome with great attitude from front desk all the way till the end of your visit. Everyone is so responsive to any concerns you may have. This is a nice facility and it was my first time being there. Staff are very friendly and kind. My appointment started right on time and I didn't have to wait Due to covid-19, there's no waiting in the lobby, every patient temperature is taking at the door along with few questions. I feel good and my teeth looks good. I highly recommend this place. Definitely coming back.
Dr. Moss and Erica worked diligently to complete difficult procedures. They were calm and positive all the time.

Dr. Lail is not only the best dentist in Duluth, he's the best dentist in all of Gwinnett County! :) I've been patient of his for as long as I can remember. Every single visit is great. I was recommended by my family to go to this practice since they love it so much and I am glad I went as well. The dental hygienist was super nice and friendly and has a cute British accent I felt comfortable around her and she always asked me if I was okay. My teeth are sparky white now. I was also able to get fitted for my retainers here which was convenient.
Dr. Slade Lail and his staff are the greatest. I ve been going to Dr. Slade Lail for years. If you re looking for a dentist that is personable, kind, a dentist that takes time with you to make sure you leave satisfied with whatever your need was for that visit, then Lail Family Dentistry must be your choice. Dr. Lail has an excellent staff of hygienist, dental assistants and an excellent front office. Bobby and Debbie are the greatest. As usual, the staff at Lail Family Dentistry are all friendly, yet professional. They go out of their way to see that you are comfortable and know what to expect. Dr. Slade Lail is the same. He also is friendly and will talk to you but he is professional and gets the job done. When possible he presents you with options of what needs to be done and how it can be done. I definitely would recommend the practice to my family or friends.
