Obviously this is the best of the best hotels in the middle of the City. It has a ballroom and a gym. Obviously the best accommodation. The staff is all amazing and you can't wait to taste their food. The organization of the hotel is sparkle and the security is just the state of the heart kinda. There is a ample parking, and you will enjoy every piece. Pay the place a visit.

Good location but really the hotel needs sprucing up like seriously.No card facility, poor breakfast,missing items in rooms and when one calls no feedback, expensive meals that do not deserve the amount paid for., the hotel literally had no clients I suspected we were less than 10 in that hotel.also had some food poisoning after taking some vegetable soup
This place needs serious renovation. Lost its glory and service is poor too.
It s unfortunate that they don t accept cards!! There is a lot of renovations needed especially the facilities! The staff are great and super helpful
We came to spend the afternoon to use the swimming pool, jacuzi, sauna and steam 23/11/2013 We were disappointed that the jacuzzi was not working, having pressed the bell thrice for assistance at the ladies steam area no one appeared and there were no fresh glasses for water. Deciding to spoil ourselves with tea and attractive cakes was a total disappointment. The cheese cake was stale, and the doughnuts were hard and dry and this was a total waste of our money. The coffee place had mosquitoes and had an the staff were not concerned if we enjoyed the experience of tea. what has happened to excellent cakes and snacks that one could enjoy and feel that was money well spent.
The Washrooms were a disgrace having some broken down, Some if the food was bad or going bad. The Hotel needs a revamp or change in management. Sad.
Nothing here is functional except from the salons and offices, the hotel and restaurants remain closed up, so are many other shops
Not a bad place for conference facilities but need to improve on their PA systems. Their teas are superb
