Horrible customer service. Every one there has an attitude. One attorney in particular talked to me like i was jist a p.o.s. they were no help once so ever

The attorneys that believe everyone should have access to legal advice.

I needed legal Aide. Which I used these people back in 2017. This time around was very poor. Couldn't find representation for my case. When I tried calling back for a fallow up because I requested my hearing to be moved . The guy who returned my call was very rude and said we told you we couldn't take your case.

Over the years I had heard some not to pleasant things about this firm and this was from other practicing attorneys but until today I couldn't confirm those rumors were true. Given the way I was addressed as a potentially new client if half a star was an option I wouldn't even rate them that. The attorney who contacted me a was rude and unprofessional and if his demeanor translated in any way on who representing my interests or defense I was doomed from the start. He was extremely condescending and instead of listening to the details and aspects started barking questions back at me. Not to mention that my son was in proximity of me which I never had the opportunity to say let me move into another area to better provide him the possible information he was requesting. Do not use this firm because if his colleagues are anything like him it seems they will pick and choose who to properly represent from whatever opinions they initially form in seconds of speaking to you.

I don't have to make any "disingenuous claims " as you've so have attempted to color it for whatever motivated reason(s). I'm offering the insight to the experience that I had with your "managing partner " who in that compacity I would've expected to address the situation in a more professional manner and fashion. Furthermore I don't know what version of our interaction he has given you but as I stated in my previous post I for one before I could even discuss any particulars, didn't have the opportunity to into another area due to my son being present as I had attempted to do and alternatively it's not rocket science for a person to expect an attorney to listen to what you have and assess the matter in full before saying ok we I think this or that. I also personally feel if you were concerned that this wasn't accurate I request a call initially via your website and I would like to think my information would still be available. You could have reached out to me personally to see if this was a misunderstanding of some sort or see if there was any real validation to his version of our interaction instead of being so informal and just refuting an online review. For me and anyone it should be those little things that translates into red flags on how an organization conducts its business, especially concerning legal matters. We had a brief discussion at best and the opportunity to disclose the situation never presented itself due to his actions not mine. How and why should I feel confident about even being a client if I'm treated in that manner from point of contact and then again treated as if I took my time just to fabricate details of this type of interaction during this time it absolutely makes no sense. There are multiple law firms in the market why even waste the time if I didn't feel it was an important issue to note regarding just this one. I'm not an attorney but I have good awareness of the process, what to expect, and my rights, as well as the difference between policy and procedures and my goal is to seek someone willing to advocate for me bottom line and just simply not the treatment I was given by your partner. The expectation was to be treated professionalism and dignity not like he was the prosecutor and I was less than intelligent.
