What a shame people like this in service industrie...
What a shame people like this in service industries still exist! We hire them for our wedding car and photos. No problem with the car but they brought someone else completely to do the photos and then took 3 months to send us the basic raw images on cd, no post production, no editing. Then claimed there was a final set available in leather binder but no editing or post production was ever agreed for our money. Remonstrated and ranted, rudely and in a derogatory fashion on the phone and then said he would not release any images and the binder because I commented negatively on the photographers page on facebook. Envision images is the photographer. DO NOT HIRE THEM! Spend more on a professional, and courteous service!
