If you like rude, miserable sales women this is the place for you! I have been to Lady Grace in Woburn many times each time I have not had that great of an experience considering the women that work at this establishment are extremely rude and unfriendly. I went again today going in there to spend well over $500 in bathing suits and all new bras. I am on crutches mind you and I stood there for a good 10 min before one of the women came up to me and before I even said anything she said I am with someone very nasty. I said ok thank you. Stood there another 5 min until I asked another woman with short hair, one of the younger ones, if she could just measure me real quickly she said she had other customers but all she was doing was fixing racks, walking back and forth and sipping on her dunks iced coffee! Yes she did have customers in the fitting room but she had plenty of time in between to take care of another customer, I guess her iced coffee was more important at that time. I will never, ever go here again this was my last and final straw. Avenue and Layne Bryant has plenty of bigger sized bras or even Fredricks of Hollywood! They lost some good business today. I worked in retail before that is just not how you treat customers at all! It blows my mind that they could hire such horrible customer service people!

One of the workers was talking about a customer who was on the phone with other workers. The other ones did not entertain it, cuz they have sense I guess. Overall, the atmosphere was somewhat pleasant. I'll go back

There is no Lady Grace intimate apparel. They are open to customer by appointment. Go figure.

If you're going to get some PJs or robes or lingerie, forget it. They only focus on Mastectomy products. If that's what you're looking for, great. But make an appointment. If you want the items you e been buying at Lady Grace for many years, forget it!

I went on February 9, 2019. I was met by a lovely woman who fitted me with a new prosthetic. I was told it was out of stock and that it would be ordered. In addition to the prosthetic, I bought a black bra and a cream bra. The black was backordered as well. The whole purchase WAS PAID FOR at the time of the fitting. I was told it would take 2 weeks to come in. Ladies... I am still waiting. I've emailed a half dozen times and no replies the last 4. I called and spoke to my fitter and got the run around. She said it was shipped to me, and when I asked to "where" she came back and said it was still not in. RUNAROUND. I'm out $350. If they're billing your insurance company, this has to be FRAUD as well as THEFT. Unfortunately, there are not many places around where you can get fitted, so what are we to do? Hope you need something that's in stock? Good luck.

My grandmother bought bras from Lady Grace. It goes thru the insurance company. This was in June. As of today they have yet to submit this claim. They don't answer the phones and stonewall you when they do answer. She is now out all the money she had to pay upfront. Don't go here to shop.

I came to Lady Grace without great expectations, because I read more negative comments. My experience turned out to be very special. I met some very nice ladies, eager to help me. My doctor recipe lacked breast prosthesis. It was recipe only for bras. Three ladies have endeavored to serve me. The ladies phoned to my doctor. I was asked if I can wait until they receive another recipe by fax, as I do not have to come back another time. Then they tried to find my best bra. It is right that I have waited about 15 minutes, but finally I left with two very good quality bras that fit perfectly.

My wife, who is culturally dynamic and strong, not offensively strong, came in to get a bra and was treated terribly. For this reason, I cannot give a good recommendation. If you are culturally diverse, Do not come here!!!!
