Very happy and thankful to work with been here for almost two year not going anywhere else.

I spent six months with lacosta. Six months I can and will not get back. I was consistently lied to by my managers, and was talked about in a negative, vulgar light in other employees interviews.
I was told multiple times I would be promoted by my joke of a management team, only to be given the same answer every time I was passed up for the position: you aren t mature enough . when I finally did get promoted, my supervisor and manager refused to train me in my responsibilities as a lead, and consistently scrutinized the quality of my work (disregarding the fact that my work was better than the person I replaced by tenfold).
In addition to this, Rene, the operations manager of the site we were under contract with, would tell me I was doing great, but then tell everyone else I was doing terrible; in interviews with employees that were supposed to be on MY TEAM, he would say Frank is a d**k, he s a f****ng idiot, the only reason he got promoted was because he threatened to quit (not true), etc , just acting unprofessional in general.
When I addressed these concerns in a professional manner, I was fired the next day for not clocking in for a week/stealing hours , which I was vouched for by my employees, who unanimously said I did, and even had a camera whose footage they refused to check.
When I filed a corporate complaint about this, I was told they would conduct an investigation on the matter, and that they would get back to me in a couple of days (its been almost a week now).
Sorry for the novel, but Lacosta is a waste of time, effort, and space, and I encourage you not to apply and I encourage companies not to give Lacosta any contracts.

One of the best companies I have ever worked for. This company really cares about their employees and will invest in each employee and in individual growth.Each employee is respected and valued for what they bring to the company. LACOSTA has put their employees through college/certifications, personal development classes and not only they assist in college tuition for their employees but for their families too (employees kids). The owners are very involved and are always there to listen and support. They make sure all employees are motivated and engaged by doing community work, company outings, yoga classes, kickboxing classes, and many more.

LaCosta is bout the most unprofessional an disrespectful and inexperienced company I've ever come across. Treat the real good work like dogs. While manager and supervisor who are related sleeping in office or leave in the day to shop for their families. They discriminated against a lady older who applied for job and one who had a medical issue. Something needs done about that . they are making your company look so bad and unprofessional. Not a good company to work for. Poor communication. No real job training or explaining of your job responsibilities.

I used to work for lacosta their company is every unprofessional and unorganized. They need to shut down Lacosta in Louisville. I will never tell or recommend Anybody or anyone to work there. I wouldn t even put them down as i work there on my other application. That s how disappointing this company is.

I started working at LACOSTA 9 months ago. Since then I will tell you that i have not been as happy with my career life until I change paths and started working for this company. I love my job and I get a ton of positive reinforcement from management and the owners. They are wonderful people to work with as well as all the members of the office and we have become great friends.

At first it was fun and exciting and there was a feeling of a chance of growing. And then maybe because of covid 19 management became to involve and playing favorite, became overbearing. It wasn't fun anymore. It became a plateau.

They do not even deserve 1 star. They cheat you out of money and your hours get charged. This company needs to be shut down. Or learn what the word Integrity means!!!!

I had to do a drug test which was fine, but the hiring area manager had kept the drug test strips out in the cold forever in his car and it took forever for me to sit there and for it to finally register. I got the job, but the security guards at the place I cleaned for were allowed to give me a hard time. I finally quit when I realized that they would dock a person if clocking in early or late. I was lucky. I got out quick. They tried to charge me for company shirts that I never received and that is where i put my foot down. I made them reimburse me, which they did. It's a nightmare job, don't hear much about them in my neck of the woods anymore.

Lacosta Services is the best company ive ever worked for. They welcome you with open arms. I see alot of negative posts on here but I'm sure you didn't give it a chance at all before blowing up. I have been here for almost 2 years now and I'm advancing very quickly with the help of the senior, district manager and the owners. Its all about hard work and getting involved with the company. For anyone reading the reviews just hang in there get involved and work hard and you will move up chain. Have a great day.

Worked at lacosta for seven years and ongoing. Great people and great leadership. This is a results driven organization - the harder you work and get results, the more you can advance without question.

Leadership was lacking and now still waiting to get paid

IF YOU WORK THREW THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT. THEY CHEAT PEOPLE OUT THERE CHECKS AND THEY DONT RETURN ANYONE CALL ALL THEY KEEP SAYING IS THEY WILL HAVE SOMEONE CALL BACK WHICH NEVER HAPPENS.

I have worked for this company now for 6 years. I have come to love the people i work for and the people that I work with.
