There was a couple having a dispute in the bathroom of Target on Sleater Kinney. LPD responded expiditiously after a call. Thanx for preventing further escalation. We don't need our children around that nonsense
They were very respectful when they arrested me. The cop car was clean and spacious. Overall not a bad experience. If I get arrested again, hopefully it's by the Lacey Police Department
I called the non-emergency line to report fraudulent activity on my debit card (theft) from an employee at Jamba Juice. Officer Eley refuses to do anything due to the amount of the transaction. He says that there is no proof, although my card was ran for one transaction (a drink I purchased), and then one for a different amount right after. He did reach out to the area supervisor for JJ after I provided her number, and says that because she is refunding my money, that they will not be pursue this "any further at the moment." He says that the area supervisor is going to do "quality checks on her employees" and if I follow up with her and find that theft was committed and can provide proof, then I can call again. He says they will not force the store to conduct any inspections. He also made it clear that this was too much work, as he would have to "interview people". What a joke.

I had stopped by my store on my day off to check my time sheet and talk to my awesome relief manager. I was in the office for 15minutes. I had left my purse in the car and locked it down. But as I dinking with my keys in my pocket, I must have hit the "unlock button". When I went to my car, the purse was gone.
I called Lacey Police, then called my bank. Because my bank wasn't open yet, I got put in their automated call center, to wait.
Now the Officer made good time getting to me, and he was on it. He rocks.
Then it was back to the bank with my new ID to open new accounts. As I was working with Hope (another ROCK STAR) getting my new accounts going, I get a call from the Officer. He had found my purse! And he was bringing it to me at the bank! HE BROUGHT THE PURSE TO ME! He is such a ROCK STAR. Thank you, Officer Wenschhof.
They found my stolen golf clubs ! They're awesome, I'm very happy with our local pd .

I live in San Diego, my father in Lacey has had his phone disconnected for a week and nobody could get a hold of him. I called Lacey PD and they were extremely helpful and send an officer to my fathers house immediately and once there called me back and let me speak to him from the officers phone. Very nice thank you so much!
Way better than Seattle and Olympia departments! Father got pulled over for expired tabs. Kindly gave him a warning and had a nice chat. Definitely not entitled mall cops. Good job guys!
