Found every single book I was looking for almost immediately, and the cashier made us aware of student discounts we could take advantage of. No complaints here!

Second only to Blackwell's in Oxford, I am convinced that this is one of the best bookstores on the planet. With a robust and constantly changing selection of both new and used books, it's one of the few places I can visit frequently and always find something new and interesting.
Great independent bookstore in downtown Princeton. We need more like this! Broad selection of new books of all genres, and some rare and used books in the basement (along with textbooks). When the weather is good, there are used and sale books on the sidewalk in front. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a good website for easy online shopping. As with most shops in downtown Princeton, there is no parking lot, but metered street parking is usually fairly easy to find, unless there is something going on at the university.
Such a great book store. They're always so friendly and helpful.
A great independent books store. Awesome selection of books and well organized and arranged. I could spend hours in there. Being located across the street from Princeton University helps with the ambience of the place.
Absolutely love the place. Great selection from history to science to cook books to children's books. It reminds me of the bookstores where I could sit and read for a whole afternoon.
Awesome variety of books, journals and gifts for all types and levels of readers. They have a selection of rare and first edition books for a really reasonable price. The best part is the prices and the sales racks and I do mean racks. A cozy place to kill some time.
Comfortable, airy, friendly dependents and good variety of books
Great bookstore!!! Variety as to subject, level, even language. Excellent event calendar. Convenient parking and nearby restaurants. Friendly staff. Nothing to complain about.
Very nice bookstore didn't meet the staff very much
Excellent independent bookstore. Could spend all day here
One of the all time great booksellers. Wonderful selection, excellent children's section, great sale table and used books on the lower level.
Charming with the smell of books is a scent that is enjoyed!
Has both new and used books, with many of the latter being discounted but are still not cheap. They do have some bargain books that are at great prices and I wish there were a wider selection of those. If you live nearby, it's worth coming back often as I think you will be highly likely to come across a quality academic book thanks to the store's proximity to a renowned university and a great publisher. Also I wish there were more seating.
Great bookstore in Princeton downtown. A good selection of books as well as a small selection of miscellaneous items that are often good for gifts.
A big book store with very good selection of books in science, literature and art. Probably the best (to my taste) bookstore I ve ever been to in the US.
Excellent book store with a huge selection of books. Plenty of popular titles outside in their for sale rack. For a college bookstore, it also has a good variet of children's books. Staff also do an amazing job at gift wrapping books with high quality paper and string. Always great to shop at an independent bookstore.
Great book store with a large collection of books. Store is big, clean and well organized. It's easy to locate your interests as shelves are clearly labeled.
Excellent selection! And beautiful collection of rare books, too.
Great bookstore especially for academic texts and new fiction
Always friendly and helpful. The store has great sale bins and some lightly used books too.
Wonderful new and used books right on the main strip, with discounts outside and an excellent children s section in back. Great academic titles and a fine buffet of radical selections.
Excellent bookstore. Lots of books on sale. Excellent staff.
A wonderful independent bookstore. We keep going there so it can keep thriving. You should too!
The best bookstore I have ever been to. Located in downtown Princeton it is dripping with history and atmosphere. They have many interesting events such as authors reading from their work and talking about how they created it. Wonderful place.
One of the best, serious academic bookstores there is. Also the sales are generous.
The folks who work here are kind and helpful. Stores like these are essential for all readers. Folks who like pick up a book, read the introduction, peruse the covers front and back and try out their interests
One of the area's best selections of new and used books. This store also carries books in other languages including Latin. Very considerate staff. I will certainly be back.
Good selection, decent pricing and nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this store.
Bought the Oxford American Dictionary and had read some of poetry for 1 your. You can buy here not only a new books, but like clearance and donation from Princeton University (as by Einstein articles, Economic essays and etc). Two floors book's shop. Good lights and quite music.
Best small town bookstore I've been to in years! Friendly staff. Well stocked. Well lit. I'm actually sad it's so far away from where I live. A great vacation find!
This store is a book lover's dream come true. A great selection of new releases in both fiction and nonfiction as well as a superb children's department. The used books section is updated regularly and you can often find treasures when you least expect it. Best of all, though, are the frequent talks by authors and scholars. Truly, Labyrinth has something for everyone.
A terrific independent bookstore in Princeton NJ facing the beautiful University campus.
No matter my intentions to just browse, I always leave with a book. Labyrinth bookstore just has too much to grab my attention. Love this bookstore!
The main bookstore in Princeton. Has a selection of second hand "bargain books" that are always worth browsing.
Sure, Labyrinth is where we all buy coursebooks, but it's also everything one wants from a local bookstore - plenty of history, pleasant and knowledgeable staff, and an impressive selection of books. Labyrinth also hosts readings with famous authors (many in conjuction with the University) and other fun events - I recently went to a paper-cutting lesson with a local artist. Every event I've been to was free.
Fantastic bookstore! You can get real books about science here - not just the selection at a Barnes & Noble!
Fabulous bookstore! Amazing selection and very nice and helpful staff.
Great place for many variety of books. Good service.
A perfect independent bookstore in downtown Princeton -- a courteous, knowledgeable staff and unparalleled selection for the curious reader. Well worth frequenting, friends!
My fave local indie bookstore! Huge selection in spite of a small space
Great selection for kids and adults. Very neat, clean and organized. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable of where there stock is located.
Labyrinth is a wonderful bookstore! It has a deep stock of serious books, no junk on the shelves, and very helpful staff. It is the first place I go when I am looking for a book. I know of few bookstores as good on the East Coast.
One of my favorite bookstores. Could probably spend hours in their just browsing.
Top of the line. Great opportunities in the used (actually, rare and antique) section.
Customer Service was great. The staff knows the place well. I asked for a book and he found it right away.
Absolutely lovely bookstore. Two floors, huge selection - plus notebooks and stationary and gifts. Love it here!
Happened to walk by during a sidewalk sale and got a book by my absolute favorite author for $7. Can't beat it! The sale had sooo many books in it, and the full bookstore inside had anything you could possibly want. Love the independent bookstore vibe in Princeton.
Local gem for new, used, and hard-to-find books! Also, really eclectic selection of knick-knacks and writing supplies. Pretty cool community gathering place that holds lots of events.
It was pricey but the customer service was nice everyone was friendly and kind
Less of a bookstore and more of a Princeton giftshop. Everything is very overpriced, but then again, its Princeton.
Every bookstore deserves five stars, especially independent academic bookstores. The large kids section is annoyingly politically correct and subversive - and therefore empty. No Disney books there.
Excellent selection of books: text books, new arrivals/best sellers, cook books, poetry books, etc.
In addition, they often have deeply discounted books available outside the store, and regularly have interesting speakers give talks details are posted on the board outside.
My favorite bookstore in the universe. Smart staff, great selection, fair prices and friendly clientele.
This a really cool and unique bookstore. I'm more impressed by their selections of rarer books. It's more of bookstore you'd go to if you're looking for a book that no longer has growing copies. Not the best place if you're into the more well known contemporary authors (stephen king, James Patterson, Neil Gaiman, etc.) - the selection isn't that wide. It has a chill vibe, you know that whole college student hipster thing - its literally right across Princeton Uni. It's expensive though. I don't remember really seeing any sales/discounts. Everything is sold original price.
Beautiful, great selection, 10% discount for students
A unique book store. Not the same as some other major chain stores.
Located right in Nassau Street (near Panera Bread) this store is easy to find.
They have clearance books for sale on the side walk and a lower level in their basement for some pretty cool antique books.
Definitely worth a visit!
I love this bookstore!!! Great selection and very knowledgeable staff.
