I was booked in person for Thursday 07/30 at 08:00 AM with my daughter in Barcleona. The next day they call me from Palma de Mallorca to confirm my appointment there. After a morning calling to make sure I had an hour (I have Saturday flights) they tell me that we DO NOT have any appointments and after much insisting they reschedule me at 10:50 instead of 08:00 am making me miss a morning of work.
Justify: Yes there are many errors, you are not the only one but the situation justifies it => = 118 the test and this is the service. Regrettable

Very bad. They gave me incomplete results even when I personally left them and insisted on what the doctor was requesting. They threw the sample with what forced me to have to repeat the test and analyze again. They told me it was a human mistake. Nothing recommended.

I went to leave a sample for some analysis and the receptionist almost rolled up and pasted the paper with my patient code in another bottle that was there, I had to tell him that that bottle was not mine and then there I paste my code in the correct , of course with a bad face and speaking under his breath, he is wrong about me. When they gave me the results they were incomplete! missing things that my doctor had asked for. Anyway, I had to repeat the analysis, but this time I did them in another center because you can't trust these people. I lost time and money. Do not take risks with all the laboratories in Barcelona, do yourself a favor and choose another.

Shameful, I call to ask for prices on a Thursday and make an appointment to test the lactose and on Monday the price has gone up, the test can not be done because we did not carry out the previous protocol, which in no way did they inform me. Total one morning lost with the organization that supposes to go so early in fasting with a boy of 4 years. The only solution was to return to ask for a party at work and go back, so I do not recommend you to waste your time in this center.
