We think we found a great recliner that is available now... not in 8 weeks ! We looked at 2 Lazyboy stores and 2 other warehouse type huge stores here in the Phoenix area yesterday. Today we decided to look at the Lazyboy Outlet Ctr. All the specifics we want, good color and half price. Yippee!
As this is a clearance center they are of course limited on their selection but that goes without saying. Their selection is still usually quite nice and the gentleman that assisted us was polite and was there only to help.
In late October 2016 we were in the La Z Boy store at Chandler Mall and found a nice beige sofa that was firm to sit on and had a price tag of $688. We decided to go home and think about it. Then just before Thanksgiving we went back to go ahead and buy this piece of furniture as there was a giant ad in the Arizona Republic Newspaper announcing a sale on everything at La Z Boy. What we found was no sofa like the one we saw a couple weeks before. But a giant mark up with no sofa' anywhere in the previous price range. Similar sofas were well over a thousand dollars with a price tag to make you think you were getting a good deal. We won't be going back to a store that practices this type of deception.
We had a great experience. Dennis was so professional and knowledgeable. He really knew his stuff. Now we went for quality and had quality delivered. We will go back in a heartbeat when I need a new piece of furniture. thanks again.
Excellent customer service! Our family has had to come out to the repair store for two different reasons and have had amazing experiences both times. The repair staff went above and beyond and were super helpful! It s worth the drive to come here.
My wife went in to the clearance center at this location to find some deals on a new recliner for me. A super nice older gentleman named Dennis showed her around and helped her pick out an awesome new leather chair. The prices here are excellent. She paid and I was able to swing by after work to pick it up, same day. They had me pull around to the loading dock and a couple helpful guys loaded it into my truck within 5 minutes. Dennis was great about talking through the functions of the chair, how to care for it and we will definitely be back to see him next time we are in the market for furniture.

I purchased my Lazy Boy recliner 5 years ago. I had a problem with the mechanism that holds the chair up. I brought the chair in for service. They fixed the chair and lubricated and replaced tyhe wooden handle. The chair works as good as the day I purchased the chair. The parts were covered under the lifetime gurantee. Labor was $15.00 money well spent.
I have bought all out furniture here. Most have some small flaw. Dennis was great. Made it affordable. Unfortunately new guy has prices way up. I will be looking elsewhere.
