I've been going for about 3 years now customer service is excellent I went in many times with different devices had issues with some or I didn't understand how to use them they were able to point me to the right device for what I was looking for and explain in detail, similarities and differences. I wish I had the names of at least three that were awesome took their time with my questions or confusions on what I was asking. Most recent visit was when he explained on the airflow quality and where to keep it and then the pressure control I think that's what it's called mine's very simple one two three four and he told me where to keep that at all times that was a lifesaver instead of me moving buttons up and down trying to figure it out constantly. The points are awesome every time you purchase something you get points and I've used my points three times where I was able to get free items. When I needed the most LOL thanks guys
