The sound is excellent. We love the pop session led by Simon Leclerc. The classical repertoire could show more innovation. The room is beautiful and the seats are of high quality. Comfort is there. The vast majority of seats offer a breathtaking view of the orchestra. Access is easy. You will have a great evening. Note that the price of drinks is once again derisory. In short, you must refrain from taking a too expensive glass of alcohol.

A great privilege to have access to such first quality venue. Classical concerts of all kinds to be experienced there, but tonight a presentation of the Phantom of the Opera (1925) with organist who improvised on the beautiful Casavant organ for 90 minutes left me in awe.

The symphonic house is a grandiose hall with phenomenal acoustics. If it's possible, I strongly recommend the places in the choir, behind the orchestra: it's a different experience!

Great accustics in this Hall. I usually sit on the floor, best place for great sound. Last time we were there, we sat in the top balcony. These were my least favorites seats as you do not get to feel the music as much. Nevertheless Nagano is a great conductor who did a great job at attracting the younger audience.

A remarkable hall! As much for its acoustics as for its organization: access, comfort, etc. The interior architecture is sumptuous, with special mention for the integration of the organ! Also, the addition of a sphere for the projection of images above the stage is a very original addition!

Very nice place. Sound is very good wherever you are. I personally prefer the balcony. It's far but that's where I feel the sound mix better. Closer, like on the parterre, you hear the front performers but you don't hear the back performers as well sometimes. Personnel is professional.

Magic!

Amazing concert hall with a fresh modern design. What makes this place stand out is the well engineered accoustics, enabling you able to hear every little instrument with astonishing precision.

Beautiful concert hall with wood panels everywhere, and an incredible organ !! I unfortunately could not hear it during my stay in this room, but it must be quite an experience. What I heard, however, was very moving, and magically executed, by the Montreal Symphony Orchestra. All led by a master hand by Kent Nagano. What more ? Beautiful evening.
