Terrific food! Went for lunch. Great little spot right off the Saw Mill River Parkway.
Terrific food! Went for lunch. Great little spot right off the Saw Mill River Parkway.
Absolutely wonderful service and delicious food. There serving sizes are big and at affordable prices. Would highly recommend! I usually take photos of my food but we ate the food too fast.
Seating al fresco and having lunch at my favorite Italian food spot makes it a great day!!!!
Never any issues with food or service, great menu and the patio is awesome if the weather permits!
Over priced but food is excellent good service. They are trying hard, trying to support our restaurants.
Great tasting food with great service. You can't go wrong.
Solid but unspectacular. I have been here several times and the biggest asset of this place is that they are consistent. I go with a friend some Wednesday nights for their $10 pasta night which is a good deal, but the appetizers are overpriced ($16 for frozen calamari is excessive). I will continue to come back but really more due to lack of excellent Italian options locally vs. a true desire to come to this exact location.
Made a reservation via Google same day, no issues, smooth & easy process. The staff and servers all very welcoming and attentive. Most importantly the food was Top Notch! Ordered spicy garlic shrimp appy, comes with half dozen large shrimp served on/in a hot plate. For entrees I had the Pollo Caprese, three tender breaded pieces of chicken under a bed of greens with sliced baby tomatoes and a generous helping of fresh mozzarella. Waitress came around with fresh parmesan cheese. The entree was delicious, would absolutely order again. Very large, but not uncomfortably sized portions. Cocktails well crafted. Food was so good didn't have room for desert, but I would highly recommend the desert if visiting. Outdoor area very nice, but too cold to enjoy last evening.
Outdoor seating, covid friendly, food was pricey but tasted good with large portions
Wonderful place, we ate here with the family. Very family oriented. Great service.
Awesome food, great staff...
That Risotto.....superb
I being trying to come to this restaurant for a while because I pass by it all the time. I ask for a spaghetti frutti de mare (witch was not on the menu) and my wife ask the waiter to recommend a dish for her witch was the spaghetti bolognese, and my kids ask for the traditional spaghetti and meatballs. The food came really fast my plate was very good, but my wife's one tasted the same as my kids spaghetti and meatballs, witch was not good at all. She told the waiter to please take it away and ask him how was the spaghetti carbonara, and he responded by saying that he was not going to say anything else, just in case she didn't like it. That is not the way to approach a customer. You should always have to explain the pates and make us feel like you know your restaurant. In other words make us feel welcome.
Great food, price and staff! We went on a Wednesday night for pasta night.
Loved the atmosphere outside and the food was amazing. The service felt rushed, and we felt ignored. Our waitress was busy, which I totally understand, but she had time to spend 5 minutes chatting up the 2 good looking guys at the other table. We felt like we were a bother. I think we'd definitely come back, but I'd make sure we got another waiter/waitress next time.
Thanks this is the best food I've ever tasted anywhere Italian or otherwise the best food in Westchester County
Food really good outside in the beer Garden was nice
What a hidden jem. Dinner was amazing n sooo moderately priced. Staff was friendly with a down home feeling. Very busy place had to wait for our table, but way worth it!! I just read a review of a complaint that someone couldn t wait 30 min for a table. Bad move what a spoiled B. I d wait two hrs for a table. the bar crowd was awesome and the owners were so accommodating and generous with drinks. A HIDDEN JEM !
Great food & ambience! Customer service was awesome toooo
The food was okay. The zepole were great, though. I tried to reserve a table for 6pm and was told I couldn't, so I made the reservation for 5pm, but when we got there, the place was half empty, so I don't appreciate it that we had to change our plans. The chicken parm was good, but not great. The pretzel itself was great, but the cheese and mustard with it were okay. Kind of a mixed review.
I loved the chicken parmesan! The desserts were delicious!
Everything I've had here is fantastic. Always lots of families with kids (especially in outside beer garden when weather is nice). I especially recommend the Burrata and the giant Pretzel. The Bosco pizza is also excellent.
Our first time and so glad we came. This place was just amazing. The best food we ever had. Everything was so good. We will definitely return very soon.
It's located off Saw Mill Pkwy- just hang a left on the Hearst St. exit and another sharp left to finally get there. I'm actually digging their secluded setting surrounded by trees without having to travel way out to the boonies. My 'Sweet Pear' Arugula Salad was unique and delicious. Ditched their Vinaigrette and went with Olive O. & Balsamic on its own
Met family members here for cocktails and dinner. Nice bar area with a few high tables that If you choose you to you can have something to eat there. The Dining area is in back of the bar area. It is A lovely room which was quite comfortable. We had a party of 15 and called ahead for a reservation. The food was delicious. We started out with crispy calamari and then had pizzas, as appetizers.
Poached pears. All the food here is good, and the wait staff will treat you well, but the poached pears are the reason to come. The sauce that comes with the fried calamari is outstanding and worth a trip in its own right, but I saw the poached pears in my dreams after I had them the first time.
Very nice. Service was great and the food was wonderful..
Amazing service and food!
Very children friendly- we were 9 (!) with 5 kids. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was very quick. Outdoor sitting available. Definitely coming back.
This spot never fails to deliver. They serve fresh dishes for affordable rates, there no long wait even when the spot is busy.
Make a reservation online so you don't have to wait on that line. We ate inside and everything was super nice. But the most important thing was the food. By far the best Italian food I ever had. We been here about 5 or 6 times and I have never been disappointed. It's a bit pricey, but worth it.
Food is great. Service is a little slow. Nice outside venue. Hopefully beer selection improves.
The food was excellent and you get alot service was wonderful we had a great waiter
The food was very good. They have a huge outdoor seating area, although we opted for AC. They didn't have a full menu because of the covid-19 but it was still good. I had the schnitzel. That was the first time I had seen it on an American menu. Service was good. Will definitely go back again.
Mediterranean-style outdoor Taverna ambience and tasty menu selections swiftly presented by courteous waitstaff. The warm, home-baked bread is quite addictive, but make sure you leave room for the main course, which could easily feed two. Moderately priced.
Great service, even at the bar. Looking forward to having some bread pudding next time.
Finally a good Italian Restaurant! The food is very fresh, good wine selection! Congratulation to the kitchen staff! Well done job! And the Service 10/10!!
Just left with my girlfriend and her family and we all thought it was incredible. I will be coming back for sure!!!!
Really great food. It comes out piping hot and full of flavor. Prices are very reasonable, especially for how good the food is.
The food is sooooo good here.. I literally lick my plate clean and I never do that they have gluten free pasta and gluten free Alfredo sauce, finally a place I can eat Italian food
The place was terrible lunch menu was almost nothing gone there many times would never go for lunch again
Great service. Food was good. Different. Dinner plate was $28. So one dinner, soup and appetizer was $78. A little pricey but was good. Came out nice and hot.
Hidden gem. You can see it from the Saw Mill pkwy. Very friendly service and AMAZING food. Everything we had was great. Sat in the bar and had mozzella en corozza and the garlic shrimp app. The shrimp was fantastic. There is also an outside seating area that looks good. If your in Yonkers and looking for a great restaurant, look no further.
Great restaurant, excellent service. Would definitely go back. My partner and I ordered the linguine with white clam sauce, lobster ravioli, and lasagna, it was all phenomenal. There was plenty of parking as well.
The service was good. They never rush you. Easy drive from yonkers, that is. Food is pretty good and the portions are huge! They almost compare to family style restaurant s. In the summer they have the outside area which is awesome. The pretzel, which I found an odd hors d'oeuvre at first, was amazing! So soft and tasty and served with variety of sauces. Will def order it again....hope this helps my friends.
We had dinner on week night. Restaurant was not crowded or busy. Service was good and table cleared quickly. We ordered chopped salad, anti pasta with fried eggplant, special pork osobucco and linguine with clams. Pork was tender and moist with lots of flavor, wide loved linguini and chopped salad. Anti pasta was amazing, really tasty mozzarella, spicy pepper, egg plant and prosciutto was good with hard crust bread served with dinner. Tiramisu was made in house, was excellent, highly recommend.
Food and service always great. Been enjoying it for at least 15 years
Beautiful meal. Great variety on menue. Very attentive staff
Good food, high prices, very expensive wine you can get anywhere for half the price.
My guests loved their food choices! Seafood Risotto, pizza margarita, and baked melanzane plus poached pears for desert! Excellent attentive service! Sauvignon Blanc to accompany the meal plus expresso with a touch of sambuca! Highly recommended.
World's best comfort food in a relaxed friendly environment
Given the circumstances, the service was acceptable, not great. However, it was more than made up by the quality, quantity and excellence of the food
When I entered the restruant the place was beautiful we were greeted by the hostess with professionalism. We had reservations which you need to do. We were a little early so I decided to get drink at bar. The hotess came over to give drink information on their popular drinks there it was appreciated.
Oddly, the best pretzel I've ever had. Also good pasta and great pizza.
First off, as a healthcare professional, it is good to finally see a restaurant doing outdoor dining with tables being actually spaced out. The food was amazing, I would strongly recommend getting a calamari as an appetizer, it was delicious and fresh. The food is a little on the pricey side, but the portions are large and definitely worth the cost. The service was very attentive with waiters even coming over to adjust our umbrella throughout dinner to help block the sun. The staff were excellent and all wearings masks. I would return in a heart beat!
Solid Italian staples, good service, and hardy pours on the wine.
Awesome place to stop and have a couple while on a ride!
We just went when they reopened after COVID and it was an ok dinner experience. A few things that fell off: we felt rushed the entire time: they took our order a few minutes after we sat down and our food was out in 5 minutes. Also the staff are wearing masks but they are wearing them inappropriately on their face, no gloves. We understand this is difficult for restaurants but it s important to still have a good environment while you are eating. Maybe take reservations so you don t need to rush tables?
La lanterna was great. The staff were very insightful and friendly. Their bread was delicious but when isn't it. We ordered a pretzel appetizer and it was hot and fresh. Please order this. The entrees were great we order a steak with roasted veggies and shrimp tortellini. Both were really good. The lime cheesecake was surprisingly amazing. I did order the zeppoles though and it was a major disappointment. They tasted like it was fried in oil with food. Plus it was too doughy. However it was a great date night with my husband.
Great place, very good food and very convenient to the Executive Boulevard Corporate Park!!
Great food, nice atmosphere, pleasant staff. Can't ask for more. The burrata is amazing.
Hidden GEM in Yonkers. Great food and service! Will not disappoint.
Love this place! Great food and ambiance! The lobster ravioli are amazing. Very fresh calamari.
Most of the food was just ok.... the shrimp risotto special was awesome. With so many other restaurants to try, I m not sure that I d return :/
I came back the next week after I came in the first time because it was so good. The food is Amazing my server David took great care of me and my party. Looking forward to my next dine in experience.
Great food great atmosphere. Nice location plenty of parking.
The food was amazing and I can't wait to hi again. 5 stars all the way.
Food is terrific. Great location right off the Saw Mill.
