La Kasbah, Moroccan home furnishings Review

We contacted Kasbah some months ago about purchasing Moroccan tiles for our kitchen. The staff member we were lucky to speak with was Karly who was not just attentive but went out of her way to assist us. She asked us to send photos of the existing kitchen and then proposed a number of tile options. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our options. When we went in to inspect in person both she and her colleague took great care to show us the tile choices and then allowed us to take several samples back to our house to look at them in situ. I couldn't be more complimentary of the service! Many thanks.

Had to stop when passing by to have a look at the beautiful cushions, dishes and other colourful and detailed items. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Quality furnishings and unique peices such as handmade drums and rugs.

I went in this week for their EOFY sale and picked up a beautiful diamond design, leather ottoman at a fantastic 30% off. There were so many gorgeous designs it was difficult to choose. I felt really welcome in store and the customer service was fabulous.

I'm not one to write reviews but for the sake of customer service these guys need feedback.
I went in just before and was not greeted by the two gossiping women out the back. Maybe some chimes at the door might assist with some assertiveness. I was in the store for about 10 mins looking around and seeing alot of cleaning products amd mess laying around. The whole time overhearing some catty backstabbing about some poor woman. The swearing just topped it off. Very very unprofessional. They did happen to notice me as I walked out but too late. Customer lost. Save your disgusting bitching for a lunch break. Not for other customers to hear.
