Spacious but intimate spaces. Great place for new shows before they hit Broadway and other larger venues. Have seen Hasan minhaj's experiment there as well as the musical Fly.

Wow what a great place to watch a play the shows are amazing free parking on the weekends lots of parking available clean bathroom no lines to get in or out of the Theater the seats not so comfortable to be more then 40 minutes
You can get your food and beverages inside !

Phenomenal theater through and through from the sound and lights to the space and stage. Fit for the most prodigious productions down to the simplest solo. All of the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I've seen many shows here the most recent was "Fly"...this theater will transport you to never never land or any other imaginable or unimaginable place!

Always a treat, and always entertaining, Kudos to not only the actors and actresses, but as well the staff and volunteers. Highly recommended!!!!

We saw a great play called The Garden. They have a new parking procedure since the old parking lot next to the Playhouse is now gone due to a new structure is being built in its place. It's a longer walk from where you now can park. They offer a shuttle bus that works very well. Very nice overall experience.

My husband and I had such a great time at the theater. We saw The Coast Starlight and it was so amazing. The actors were great, the script was great, and the staff and everyone else were great too. I will definitely come back.

La Jolla Playhouse is a great regional theater that produces some really great shows. Recently, I saw the production of the musical Fly and was blown away by the sets, actors, and all the flying! The productions at La Jolla Playhouse are very professional and high quality, telling amazing stories.

Clean and spacious, but also allows you to see the stage well and feels cozy, in a way.

For Hazan Minhaj s show, they had a food truck to eat at beforehand as well as a pouch to store mobile devices during the show. Everything went smoothly and well.
