I received service when I was 15 years old they told my parent safe guard the home I was cutting myself Empact prevented me from being abused my dad wanted to hit me cause I cut myself he didn t understand they stood between me and him to prevent the abused I love them so much I called them while living in Maine I was transferred to a local agency wich wasn t as good as them they also drove me to a convient store for Benadryl the itching cause me to have anxiety a mobile team did that my only complaint I wish they had a office in Maine I love them my protector and heroes

My 11 yr old son started out here after transferring from another place. We went to his intake and Merna was very aweet and nice. She assigned us a therapist for counseling. That is when we met Alvaro. Let me tell you, he is absolutely awesome at what he does. He tried to relate with my son and he was very good with him. My son really enjoyed his "visits" with him. In the past my son had a hard time opening up to anyone and dreaded therapy sessions. Alvaro really helped alot with things and I have definitely seen a change in my son. We have relocated to Fl, but if we had stayed there he would still be working with Alvaro.

Unfortunately this facility does not give out proper services simply needs to update the staff in the building. I recommend Terros they have multiple resources and will even come to you if you needed. This is a business not a place to get help.

I remember going here when I figured out I was depressed and the first thing my psychiatrist told me about it is that you have to be sad to be depressed. What a pathetic place this is.

Fortunately, my Psychiatrist n counselor is the best. I have a BA in Psych and been treated since I was in my 30s. Overall, the staff is great. The wait time is minimal. They offer alot of classes.

I have a very favorable memory of my treatment. It was a very difficult time in my life. Yes, it does take a while to get in the system. However, once in, I received the tools to help me cope with the severe PTSD. My therapist even accompanied me to court because I was so afraid to go by myself. I believe her name was Amy. Conrad helped me after Amy. I continued to see him after I was released. The release was frightening. He helped me work through it.

I love this place. I'm here 2 days a week and enjoy every minute of it. The counselors are all extremely educated in all areas of their expertise. The front office staff are always friendly and very competent in their jobs. 5 stars.

recently moth ago, now march 2021 very poor services.. the staff and cordinators. I been trying to reach for the counseling and even never get call back.

They'll destroy your family before they're do any good. They'll support mothers abusing adderall and act if it didn't happen! Turn a blind eye to the truth and represent lies! They're all about lying here. And raising kids to be millennials is supportive therapy according to them. No structure taught

The mobile teams are awesome. The crisis line could use some work but overall they will do their best to help you.
