A nice place to catch up with friends for a coffee and a bit to eat.

Came later than normal for dinner and was greeted with extremely rude and disorganised staff. Very disappointed as I ve ordered from and eaten here many times previously. Food was quite nice, just disappointing that the restaurant lacks decent service.

Love the food, above expectations. Value for money. Has an Eiffel tower too!

If you are looking for a quality Italian style coffee....this is the place. Great desserts as well.

They will ignore you here. I'm talking about the male floor staff ignoring customers. Coffee was horrible - which could be a result of the bad experience that arose from service staff.

Really good service for our breakfast. The staff were accommodating with the kids. Coffee and food was good. Poached eggs were done well. Only oversight was missing tomato from our other dish (toasted sandwich as they were out of croissants)

You can't fake a steak! Best steak I've had in a very long time. Highly recommend the blue cheese sauce.

A Brisbane icon and for good reason. Food, coffee and service was every bit as good as the perhaps hundreds of other times I've visited this cafe.

Great service. Amazing coffee. Segafredo is my favorite bean and they make the perfect temperature. The only thing I would love to see is a streamline of there front of house with staff able to send orders to boh with Ipads and then - once customers are finished staff can approach customers with electronic payment. I wonder how many walk offs they would experience. Maybe change would be too hard for long term staff.

Food was good and reasonably priced. Service was a little average but I would go back there again. Scenery and the theme was great.

Service Excellent, food was served hot and super tasty, I chose the Atlantic Salmon coupled with a New Zealand Sav blanc. Highly recommend

Chose to lunch here on a whim when the original destination was closed when we got there. Such good luck! Split a pizza and pasta and omg they were both fantastic! Pizza dough was perfectly chewy and light and baked to perfection with the toppings being generous and combining well for a balanced and delicious experience. The pasta was creamy but not overly rich or heavy. Definitely Italian cuisine done right. Authentic. staff were super friendly as well and the almond croissant and fig cookie taken away were divine! Definitely a gem of a find. I'll be back.

Went for some desert after some Thai food. I wish it was better. Definitely acceptable, but nothing to write home about. Satisfied the craving, but not overly impressed. They do have a large Nuttella hot drink range if that's your thing.

The barista was too lazy to make us a coffee. An hour before closing and he's already cleaned the machine and refusing service. Poor form. I haven't been here in years because of the poor service and this was just reminder to not return.

Very disappointed with the quality of the two pizzas I've ordered, ingredients were missing.

It seems this long standing Park Road resident is in need of new life, and some direction in hospitality. We arrived at 8pm on a Thursday for a casual dinner for two. The staff aren't very friendly & leave you sitting there for so long you need to wave them down during the conversations being had between them next to the kitchen to make an order. When the order was finally taken, it took far too long to serve a pizza. The pepperoni tastes as though it will punish you, so we removed all the nasty meat and the pizza was plain and a let down. We will not be returning.

It has been a few years since I went here but I Ordered: Chai Latte it tasted like warm sugar milk & a cake from the counter which was tasteless unfortunately. It definitely wasn't the La Dolce Vita I remember ... Wouldn't recommend

Reliable place to have a quick bite at any time of the day.

The landscaping here is like coming to Paris. The coffee here is also very special and you have to drink the Italian chocolate.

Cheeky pizza for lunch was exactly what we needed. Delicious food and excellent service.

This place ain't what it used to be. Taken a slight dive since new management.

Great place, our waitress (Isabelle) was awesome and she even added Nutella to our Italian hot chocolates on request. Made our night.

Steer clear of this restaurant at all costs. The service was shocking, virtually non existent and the wait person completely stuffed our entire order. The crumbed olives were very over fried. Our prawns were cold and they forgot the bread. And the pizza we ordered as our main meal came with the entrees. We gave up in the end and paid the bill (without getting the pizza) and left. Overall experience was one of the worst ever in a restaurant and we are in our 60 s. We shall never return to this restaurant.

Went here with a party of 8. 1 of the party ordered fish. 5 minutes after everyone was served we asked were my friend's fish meal was, they said 2 minutes. So 5 minutes later, again we had to ask where it was and they then said FIVE minutes. So ten minutes later the fish dinner came out. The waiters simply stated that the dish was taking a while. Pretty obvious it wasn't cooked with the rest of the meals served. Some honesty would be nice!

When I ordered I asked if there was anything vegan. The waitress I was speaking too walked away and another waiter came to the table. Didn't speak to me but made some stupid comments to my friend about vegans and suggested they didn't have anything vegan. He even made a ridiculous juvenile joke about them putting pork in their bread. This made me furious that he had no respect and even made a joke about me.

I ended up ordering the roasted vegetable salad, which was SO bland that my 7 year old niece has made better meals for me.

Definitely would NOT recommend this place.

Food was good. Seasoning on the prawn pizza was a bit short on. Very strict on EFTPOS low limit of $10. Recommend small orders go elsewhere unless you have cash.

I was a bit disappointed about the restaurant.
Staff is ok, but the food is too expensive and not so good and not so italian.
Even in the menu too many things written wrong.
Just outdoor place not so warm in winter...
and why is there a Tour Eiffel in an italian restaurant?

I actually enjoy going to La Dolce Vita occasionally, we usually order pizzas there, they are really good and good value for money. The best Italian pizzas I've tried in Brisbane. Nice desserts as well. Never had a problem with their customer service, their staff is always attentive. I'm surprised to see some negative reviews here. I'll be back for more pizza:)

Foods are quite good, but doesn t mean the waitress can be black face, impolite towards customers.

Still loved the Italian Hot Chocolate after so many years.

The food was delicious and fresh very well presented but the service was slow and we did not feel valued.

Ordered nearly $100 worth of food from here on Uber.
Ordered at 4:40pm expected to arrive at 5:10pm
5:10pm it was delayed by the restaurant.
5:30pm delayed again by the restaurant.
At 5:50pm my order was cancelled by the restaurant.

With over an hour and a half wait time and no communication from restaurant I will never be ordering from here again and won't recommend to anyone either.

This place used to be great. I used to live in Brissie and was quite a regular here so always had favourable memories.
Brought my parents here tonight for a treat hoping for the same.
The cafe was empty yet we still had to wait over 27 minutes for 3 hot chocolates. Slowest service in history.

A great place to share great coffee with new Refugee Connect volunteers

My Husband and I went here for his 40th birthday found parking very easy. Arrived @ the restaurant side to be greeted by the owner himself and placed is in a nice area, Another waiter than served us to order our drinks than our meals. The timing was pretty spot on and their were was a good selection of meals as we love to try different things the meal my husband chosse was seafood marinara which had lots of seafood in the meal.
The meal i choose was the best which was cooked salmon 10/10 best every eaten. Thank you for a really nice meal and we will be back.

Wait staff were polite and accomodating. Food was delicious, the fettucine ragu was rich, and while it was a small portion, it was very filling. The arancini balls for entree were nice and hot and a good size.

I visited this place with two friends of mind and were told the kitchen is closed but we still can be served in take away cub and plastic catering. Later on the next table to us was served hot food from kitchen and on a dine in plate. I tried to express our complain to the duty manager (Wasif) but was very disappointed from his response, he is not friendly, really very rude and said he don t want to serve us. Definitely need more training in customer service. Not coming back again and hopping this reach the owner to look after his place.

Super expensive juice when the cup is only 2/3rds full

Bitterly disappointed with the breakfast. Baked beans splashed in the plate with a slice of toast. The eggs looked like they cooked in a microwave. I didn't touch my food. Asked the waiter to take it away and he wouldn't.
