Had me give a vial of CBD with a vial of THC but both were listed as CBD. So I was not able to do my dosage correctly. In addition, they are not able to change a label and the product only had the effect of making me vomit rather than relieving my pain.

Expensive, not a real medical place you get their card, not a real medical card. Budtender was not helpful, low selection and knowledge

Edit: I have your card, as a medical patient would it allow me to grow at home, or have someone legally grow for me now?

Maybe I just had a bad budtender but he was too high to do his job, and knew very little about the product and needed additional training, all he could say was I like the lemon og..thats nice why do you recommend it for my condition? What about other strains? Oh you don't know about them because you didn't try them yet? Really?

why are there no descriptions on the products on the menu. im a member and i want to know the percentages of THC and CBD or more details about their other products and edibles, if not it's like buying blind. it would make for a better shopping experience without having to call or go in person.

EDIT: wow, I had to update my review due to the disrespectful response from the owner, it definitely impacted my view on your customer service. first of all, the whole reason why there's an online option is so that you *don't* have to ask directly at the clinic! second of all, there are NO details of the different strains when you click on them, the description is empty. and again, the whole point of having online shopping as an option is so that you don't have to consult over the phone or in person, so yes, I will complain on google all I want, specially if this is how you treat your members.

Very professional team! From the reception, to the nurse to the budtender the people who work here are happy to be there and it seems! Their knowledge is very thorough! Excellent product! I recommend bath salts, and Jacky's Hot cream for pain! Exceptional people!
