My experience so far leaves much to be desired because the quality of the service that has been offered to me as a client has been pity. My car was in the workshop 2 months ago and when I contact the workshop they tell me to call the Colonial because the pieces have not arrived. When I call Colonial, they inform me that the purchase order was approved and sent to suppliers on October 30. The level of professionalism with the client is sad. I have communicated with 4 different people and still after two months paying my insurance fee and without being able to use the car, I am still fighting and so far no one has given me a reason that makes sense. I talk to Fulano who tells me to talk to Sutanejo and when I talk to Sutajeno he tells me to speak Burondanga and when I talk to Burondanga he does not even know what I am talking about. I doubt that they pay attention to this. In case someone at the executive level reads this I suggest you make changes because they are ugly for the photo. I doubt very much that I renew my insurance with the Colonial.

As long as you do not have problems, everything is fine, very active through networks, very active in promotions, but when you need the service that you have been paying for several years, you have a terrible service, they are almost 4 months waiting for them to fix a vehicle that only had a front crash, let's say little serious. The adjuster who touched me, spoke lies, and did nothing for two months, then supposedly they were going to solve and in that they have almost 4 months, two weeks for 4 months without the vehicle. This is incredible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU INSURANCE YOUR VEHICLES WITH THIS COMPANY.

One of the worst experiences in dealing with any company in my 50 years on earth. It's been 6 weeks since they had my car after an accident and they still haven't finished their paperwork to pay me the amount of the total car loss. They said they would pay a rental car for me, but after ten days they said they would no longer pay. When I had the rent, the rental insurance cost me more than the car rental itself, of course, I had to pay the insurance or the company would not rent the car. The whole process has been a fiasco and trying to make them move faster is a useless exercise. In addition, they try to get you out of all possible weights they can. My recommendation for everyone is to avoid this company at all costs. The only reason I give them a 1 star rating is because this application does not allow negative ratings.

Very bad attention and I took out an insurance plan for my vehicle with two years paying and I had a first and only eventuality and that is when I realize that I did not have the coverage that I hired because they decided to change the type of coverage without even notifying this change but if they charged and this does not change for this I do not recommend this insurance to anyone
