My experience so far leaves much to be desired because the quality of the service that has been offered to me as a client has been pity. My car was in the workshop 2 months ago and when I contact the workshop they tell me to call the Colonial because the pieces have not arrived. When I call Colonial, they inform me that the purchase order was approved and sent to suppliers on October 30. The level of professionalism with the client is sad. I have communicated with 4 different people and still after two months paying my insurance fee and without being able to use the car, I am still fighting and so far no one has given me a reason that makes sense. I talk to Fulano who tells me to talk to Sutanejo and when I talk to Sutajeno he tells me to speak Burondanga and when I talk to Burondanga he does not even know what I am talking about. I doubt that they pay attention to this. In case someone at the executive level reads this I suggest you make changes because they are ugly for the photo. I doubt very much that I renew my insurance with the Colonial.
