La Chic Hair Salon and Spa Review

Rude. Staff chatting on phone upon entering (personal phone calls) - rudely asked in a snob tone if had an appointment (seemed unhappy to be taken away from their personal phone call ... unprofessional, jeesh) Only came in to inquire about a product but would never go to a salon with such poor customer service and staff who have never even heard of Olaplex (maybe need some CURRENT training to be up to date on hair products?)... looked at like I was speaking another language! Lol! Girl bye! With so many good salons with helpful and polite staff, not sure how a salon like this manages to stay open or have any clientele.

I emailed La Chic from their web page. No response. I texted their published text line. No response. I sent them a chat on Facebook. No response. I guess they don't want business, don't value their clients or just can't be bothered.

It's hard to find a good hair dresser, but I found a great one!!

Marina is the best! Awesome professional with great customer service skills! Love going to have my hair done there!

Were not too friendly when I walked in so I was like on no I hope the experience is not going to be like this but they are actually super nice. Did a wonderful job on my grey roots and styled my hair. Great tint job on my eyebrows and eyelashes and eyelash curl. Great friendly services with good prices. I highly recommend them and will be going back regularly.

Everyone at this salon is incredibly kind, sweet and talented. Fabulous conversation coupled with great talents is always the best experience to be had!

I wanted highlights and haircut. Perfection to every detail. I love my new hair and everyone around me I definitely recommend this salon. Reasonable prices, quality products and very friendly service.

I've been going to La Chic Hair Salon &Spa at this salon for the last 4 years and I have never been disappointed. My hair is long and I work in a professional industry. It is very important to me that my hair be healthy and natural-looking. Hair Stylist (Ludmila) always takes the time to really listen to what I want and I appreciate that she can change things up in a very subtle, classy way. Ludmila is very skilled with colour and styling hair and I always leave her salon feeling like a million bucks.
It's open, clean, and I always feel like a pampered princess. Most importantly, they offer very affordable hair and nails services and their massages were incredible. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

I come here roughly once a year. I m a man and my hair is so thick. It s a disaster when it s long but I always wait until then for my yearly cut.

The price point is great and the quality is awesome. Customer service is wicked too. Definitely recommend if you re in the area!

Recently visited La Chic Hair Salon and Spa and absolutely loved it!
All the stuff is really nice and understanding. All stylists are great workers and do their job to the fullest. Lyuda esthetician does her job really well, the best waxing I ever got, and the best quality products for facials. They also do sell products they use for facials, which are great and have reasonable prices.
Really happy with service every time there!

Ignore their pricing from their website. Wife went in, and shoulder length hair. Cut and highlights came to over $210. website says 70 + 50. Atmosphere is terrible and staff are rude. DONT GO HERE.

Three times now I have left this place unhappy. Twice, after an expensive cut & blow dry my hair was full of static electricity. Because of a bad blow dryer or are they cheaping-out with the use of a good hair conditioner? After having my hair done, I want to walk around enjoying the salon styled look and not have to rub a bounce sheet all over my head for a few days afterward to contain the static before I wash it again or re-wash & style my own hair immediately thereafter to get rid of it. Also, when I had my eyebrows tinted, I walked out looking like Groucho Marx. Finally, the temperature in the salon is cold. Would think they d want it to be warm and inviting? That s it! I m not going back.

I came here in late August and the woman who waxed my eyebrows did an absolutely amazing job! Best eyebrows I ve ever had. I also got a wash and hair trim, and the man who did it was very polite and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently. I have extremely long and thick hair, and it did not hurt at all when he brushed through my hair. My hair was also perfectly trimmed, he got all the dead stuff taken off while still keeping my long hair. The salon was also clean and in a convenient location.

Haircut and perm. Did a lovely job! :) they all speak another language so you don't really know what's going on but the service is great.

The atmosphere is very good in Lachic Hair Salon. All the stylists put a lot of effort into their work. They make sure every strand of hair is perfect. If you simply want a cut, they include washing your hair and styling it and free complimentary scalp massage.
All in all, great haircut place. I really liked the hair cut service and the stylist who made it for me. I'm definitely going to go again next time I need a haircut
