Nice location in Lucerne, discrete food and the wine choice is fine
Just finished our meal, food was decent, prices typical for the area.
Waitress laughed condescendingly at my wife when she asked about the wine selection. Waitress avoided us the entire meal. We sat ready to pay with franc on the table, she visually acknowledged multiple times we were ready to leave and she left the restaurant to go somewhere else. When we asked the only other person working there he told us we had to wait to pay.
Both individuals had an unfriendly and uninviting tone, we have been in country 4 days and up until know have had EXCELLENT service everywhere else.
After waiting 15 minutes, we were told that they were too busy to serve us. Of course, that's not possible, which is why we are just getting up again.
Care not too attentive, but we did not eat, just drink a beer and a tea
Cute little wine bar in Lucerne. Great wine and interesting desserts. Service a little slow, but we were not in a hurry so didn't bother us to much.
It is always a pleasure to have a glass of wine in this wonderful place. In the meantime, you can also eat wonderful snacks. And is always served in a particularly friendly manner.

Ordered apple pie, served chocolate cake.
Answer by the waiter: is ha au leclerc
Our answer: Insufficient
Excruciating slow service, only to produce very poor and bland food.
90 minutes to receive food and 20 minutes for the drinks, with very few patrons in the restaurant.
Ordered the fondue and the "spicy spaghetti" which was basically the fondue pot filled with cheese, bread cubes (basically croutons) and half cooked potatoes.......and bland buttered spaghetti noodles!
Server was rude and dismissive! Ridiculously priced for what you get!
Don't waste your time or money!
Very good and friendly conditions. Really great. The food is very good, goes well with the good wine.
Friendly service. Good wine. Nice location, right on the Reuss.
Good wine by the glass (1dl) quality bottle, very good green salad (not very big and a little expensive 9.50CHF) and good cordon bleu (25.50 CHF)
Restricted food card. Dessert with delicious Frisco ice cream, for example 1 coffee ball with whipped cream and Baileys for CHF 5.50, or 11-CHF ice cream.
Exceptional location on the waterfront next to the famous bridge Lucerne, which justifies the prices.
Very nice service.
Very nice wine bar on the Reuss with a direct river anus
Good food selection but the room is very small and cramped.
Friendly staff, you are served quickly! Good products and fair prices for the good location on the Kappeler Bridge.
Very warm welcome, good wines, personal care, to recommend!
Frankly, I was afraid that the waiter was going to attack me. To avoid.
Nice location right on the Reuss. Essn is very good. Nice personel.
Nice inattentive staff. Wildteller was not my taste at all, in the soup plate prepared, food swam in sauce and deer pepper was over-salted. Boss made constantly passively aggressive statements to tourist who has parked her suitcase awkwardly in the hallway. Never again.
Cozy little eatery, very attentive and friendly service. We ate hamburger, was very good. We will be back on our next visit to Lucerne.
Comfortable wine bar, very friendly service, I can highly recommend it.
Friendly waiters, very beautiful surroundings and good food!
Great location, delicious eaten! Nevertheless, leave the restaurant with much frustration. While enjoying my tapas and wine, 3 parties who wanted to eat were turned away between 8:30 and 9:00 pm, arguing that the kitchen closes at 9:00 pm. It bothered me that they did not even try to offer guests something small or fast. So far so good. What bothered me but really disturbed, was when I wanted to order my 2nd Espresso at 21:36 after dinner, I was told, the machine is already on the clean and you could no longer serve me espresso. Lapidar was argued that the machine needed 45 minutes to clean. Well then cheers!
August 2017.
Pretty easy to give this place 5 stars - although we can only base this on the one time we've been here. Views magnificent, service considerate, and the food - top notch!
I ordered the chicken and veggies while my wife ordered shrimp and spaghetti. We washed that down with Feldschlossen and ended the meal with apple pie + vanilla ice cream, and a Bailey's amaretto for dessert. Not a single ingested item fell below the superb category. We'll be back to sample some of the other selections.
Would give this zero stars if I could! They're trying to pass cheap dessert wines off as what's on the wine list. The waiter had no explanation when questioned. We paid our bill and left leaving two full glasses of wine behind. Don't waste your money here.
Very friendly and attentive staff
Good wine and cozy ambience
Phenomenal view. Excellent service. All 6 of agreed this was the best food on our 2 week trip. We liked the Angus beef and noodles Cordon Blue.
Cant speak to the food. However, for a glass of wine in a cozy setting and great location- its perfect!
A cozy, well-kept local with very good food and very friendly staff.
Wine connoisseurs also get their money's worth.
Price - performance is completely right.
I can warmly recommend this place.
We often meet up with friends at BONNE CAVE and always feel very comfortable!
Very nice staff! Good wine and the tartare is great!
Impeccable service, idyllic setting, super friendly server, very good food, delicious desert. I highly recommend!
Small intimate place. Good wine selection and reasonable prices (for Switzerland). Surprising selection of food coming from an itty bitty kitchen. We would go there again
Cozy cafe on a sunny day .. Nice view in the middle of the Reuss river .. The coffee was good .. The service was fast and nice ..
great restaurant, friendly host and fine wine selection
Really. Would give negative stars if possible. Waited an hour for my aglio olio and cordon bleu, staff didnt even tell me there was going to be a delay with the food, i had to ask them, when i did, they replied very rudely.
Really understaffed, i think they can only manage 10customers at a time, that is inclusive of the 1 hour food prep time.
Aglio olio came with one small piece of garlic, one small onion, one slice of chilli and a whole slab of olive oil, tasteless.
Cordon bleu was average, nothing wrong with it. Not worth 1 hour wait though.
A wine bar with a view of the river, with a good Swiss tradition.
