Quanity over quality is expected from the employees so the parts that get sent out to the manufacturer will most often not be in spec with measurements which leads to poorly made parts and a very low quality firearm. The work environment is very unsafe, causing many employees to regualary cough from inhaling metal dust buildup from the roof of the older buildings in the factory such as building # 1, #2 # and 3 . Clumps of dust will fall down on your head and shoulders as you are trying to work which doesn t help when you are already inhaling the dust from wheeling your parts on the buffer wheels . They also reuse the coolant from the verticals to the lathes which will cause the ph balance to be off causing severe skin rashes on the employees. I hope that this company gets a overhaul and new owner along with new management and supervisors because it needs it and hope that the employees get better treatment here in the future
loved working there and the people who train you are very certified people and they'll tell you everything you need to know. it's also very organised.
They overwork you, the needs of the employees don t matter, they lied about the schedule and hours. The mandatory overtime was supposed to end and it s not. They ll say anything to get you through the door. The only reason people are still working there is because they have to. And once I find another job I m leaving that place.
From being a recent previous employee this place has been the worst experience working in a factory out of the 20 years I have been working in factories I was misled by the company on pay rate and about my benefits . Supervisors on 3rd and 1st shift are the worst they do not listen to you at all on what happens with the machine they will fire u for almost no reason at this place I warned everyone do not work for this company !
