Great service! You really feel that the owners are working very hard to create a spirit of community. The Usine crossfit Longueuil "gang" is superb and the spirit of camaraderie is very present. Well done!

Great CrossFit gym. Programmation is good and diversified. Coaches are nice and take time to teach you proper form on every mogements.

For having been a member in a few crossfit gyms, Usine Longueuil was definitely my favorite!
The gym is large and always clean. The owners don't hesitate to buy new equipment so that it is always of high quality.
The coaches are excellent, motivating, personable and put everyone at ease, from the experienced athlete to the newcomer. The same goes for the members, they are all very welcoming and warm.
The programming is diverse, challenging and always fun.
I highly recommend!!!
