9-9-20 L&T crew came out to give an estimate. 9-11-20 L&T came out to discuss the estimate. We had plumbing leak under our bathtub (bathtub was tiled & did not have a panel door to view plumbing issues) had a leak.L&T gave an estimate $4,,878.42.
We signed a contract for the original job. & I gave a check for $976.00. A couple of days later; a representative of L&T, a tile guy, and 2 plumbers came out & removed 4 tiles & they found additional damages. (By the way, no repairs were made.)
I told them to stop the work. The scope of the job was going to be more extensive. I needed a new estimate. Two days later we received the estimate from the owner, $7,800.00. . I cancelled the job and now they are refunding only $176.00 out of deposit of $976.00.
This company is not fair to it s customers & I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I do not recommend anyone use this company.

This company is the very best! Besides the fair estimates and high quality work completed on time, they also are excellent at providing solutions to any problems discovered, and making suggestions for other improvements as well. They also work very well directly with insurance companies, and can be trusted to come and go on your property at all times. I look forward to hiring L&T for other projects in the future.

We hire L&T Services to make the repairs due to water damage in my house. Mr. Luis is very knowledgeable about the whole process and guided us through it. Not only they did a good job, they were very willing to make any changes that we wanted to until we were completely satisfied. Great service and company driven by costumer satisfaction.

Completely happy with the work that was done by L&T General Contractors. Luis makes himself available to discuss timelines, any potential delays, and when crews will arrive on property. Any issues we did have were dealt with immediately by Luis. Would definitely recommend L&T to family and friends.

I want to thank Mr. Luis and his entire crew for the outstanding work they did at my home. We had an unfortunate issue that continued to escalate due to poor build quality on a 5 year old house that was purchased new (all fixed now thanks to L&T). Luis and his crew were exceptionally respectful and provided quality workmanship. He was available to answer all my calls and texts even at random hours of the day and night all to make sure I knew I was being taken care of. It was greatly appreciated that even after the work was completed he came back to my house a couple days later just to make sure that i was still satisfied and if there was anything else that needed attention and he took care of it. I highly recommend Luis to anyone that is needing repairs/remodeling to their home for a fair price and outstanding quality. Thank you sir and great job, will have you come back for our future projects!

Luis and his crew did a great job of remediating and repairing the water damage we had in our home. I highly recommend their services. Very honest and upfront about what needs to be done.

L&T Contractors took one of our worst experiences and turned it into a dream kitchen. They listened to us and did exactly what we wanted. They were professional, they were on time every time. They were considerate and communicative. We cannot recommend them enough!

Had some rooftop deck issues and leaks inside the home. Luis did a great job giving me the estimate, everything was done on time and his team was always responsive and on time. Would totally recommend them for anyone looking to get work done.

The pipes in my attic bursted during the Winter Storm Uri and flooded the floors, one ceiling collapsed, and damaged some of the walls of my single story 1629 sq ft home. I was quoted $12,000 for water mitigation. I paid $3000 deposit on Feb 19, 2021 and was told that Luis' crew was to start remediation the next day or so. By end of day of Feb 21 I only saw that someone had come out to the house to do markings on the walls to indicate where the sheetrock needed to be removed. I called to cancel the service because I really thought the crew was going to actually start remediation on Feb 20 or Feb 21 and requested only to be charge for the markings. I was charged $500 for the markings! It took me over 2 weeks to get the $2500 refund back. Several times Luis would say that he would call me back to let me know the status of the refund check or personally return it to me. He doesn't follow through with his words when he tells you he will call you. I finally drove to where the refund check was and picked it up myself.

Great work! Did exactly what I wanted for a very reasonable price Did what he said he would, when he said he would do it. They built a deck in my backyard and hung gutters on 3 sides of my home. Would gladly recommend for a project like mine.
