Among the most beautiful clothing stores in Italy !!!

Could give 0 stars if possible. Pre-ordered an item on the 18 feb 2017 and is suppose to arrive on the 28th of Febuary. 10 days? no problem. Every week it was late from then i wrote an email to them asking what the progress is, they just kept delaying me and on the 28th of March they told me, it will arrive on the 15th of April. I emailed them, 2 weeks? you cant be serious. 29th of march they replied - order is cancelled, refund is made to you. Conclusion? Wasted my money and time. 6 weeks to be exact.

I ordered a pair of shoes and after a week they still haven't arrived ... their warehouse is in Bologna and I live in Bologna, at this point I wonder how long it takes to do 8km since in a week I still haven't arrived I call to inquire and find that my package has not yet been sent. They promise to send me an email with the reason for the delay within 1 hour and after a day still nothing. Definitely I will not buy anything else from you. ...

Ordered some shoes on their website , then no responds for 2-3 weeks , then i keep spamming their fb page and emails then they reply me their website systems has many problems cant detect order numbers . At the end they have shipped the item and no issues happened. Lucky for that.

THEY NEED TO IMPROVE THE ORDER SYSTEM AND THEIR WEBSITE SO THEY CAN TRACK CUSTOMERS ORDER AND SHIP IT ON THE NEXT DAY. Hope they will fix asap

Order made on Wednesday 6/02 and arrived as described in 24-48h working hours (on 8/02). The only flaw is the little care in looking at the detail of the shipment. Despite having mistaken the CAP of the locality (due to the introduction of a new province), they did not hesitate to contact me to ask if the place entered and / or CAP were correct. I thank my trusted courier who recognized my name on shipping. For the rest nothing to say.

Very nice salesmen. The Gucci room is beautiful, it does not look like a store but a fashion museum.
Not affordable for everyone, quality and style are paid.

Very Bad shop! I tried to contact to make a return because my product arrived damaged. they just did not answer me. After about a week, an unfriendly answer.I received a wrong return address and never got my money back. Attention that's scam !!

I bought 1 T-shirt at June but they send me at September. Too much late. I'd like to wear the T-shirt in this summer but already summer is over. I can't believe your terrible service.
