Exceptional place by the quality of the dishes, its dishes and more generally its exceptional cuisine. Personal attentive and very friendly. House and family atmosphere and it is very appreciated. The chef and his wife are present and invested for the smooth running of your dinner.

Exceptional service for the food and well deserved Michelin stars. Food came at the right time and wasn't rushed. Everything was explained and care was taken.

Spectacular dining experience. We aren't usuals at places like this, but we were splurging and it was worth it for both the experience and the food.

We each had the saveur menu, which I can strongly recommend. Each dish was a performance. We took coffee in their lounge afterwards too which was exciting in its own right, being allowed to smell the different bean options before selecting our coffee of choice.

My first three stars! I invited my wife to celebrate our 20 years of marriage. Emotion menu with food and wine pairing. Have tasted no less than 10 dishes and 9 glasses of champagne / wine. In the end (after more than three hours at the table), an unforgettable moment with an addition to the height: more than 1000 euros. In my opinion, it's not worth it. Or say that, for the same budget, I prefer to have lunch several times in 1 or 2 star establishments. But I do not regret this moment of madness.

Family visit and my brother head sommelier. A pure moment of happiness, a treat. Everything was so perfect. Visually exceptional dishes, taste discoveries. All the dishes were a favorite. Amazing experience, thank you to the chef, and all his staff, dining room and kitchen. I was lucky to have the chef at the table when my birthday cake arrived. What a privilege! An unforgettable moment, I doubt that you will realize the happiness that you bring.

The service is beyond irreproachable. Do taste the truffle menu. French refinement at its best, and top notch modern and spacious hotel amenities, especially the thick duvets on the beds.

Very nice location, the staff though not entirely suitable, tend unwelcoming, the breakfast then, not a smile to our pointing out a problem, you are not excused, they labored. Too bad because the location is really noteworthy

The best dining experience in my life. Everything was perfect, I cannot fault them in anything! When they presented the chariot of cheese towards the end I faux wept from being overwhelmed. One of the waiters promptly presented me with a box of tissues. It s hard not to compare every fine dining experience against this establishment since and none of them live up to it. Don t think twice! just go!! amazing chef/staff/decor and before all amazing food! this is more than a 3 stars michelin restaurant... it is a unique place built on passion and talent! Going to Reims without having at least a meal there would be a major miss out. We will go back for sure!!

One of my favorite restaurants. Every year for my birthday is the only gift I ask, go eat there. Chef Arnaud Lallement is very talented and I really appreciate his work. The place is beautiful, we spend an evening in parentheses, away from the daily unrest and it's hard to leave.

We enjoyed staying and dinner because it was an auberge where you can eat French, the youngest 3-star chef in Reims. The hotel lacks an overall sense of interior coordination, and the modern luxury furniture and the restless red and purple lighting are very disappointing. The indoor pool is small, but it looked fun, so I thought I should have brought a swimsuit. It's a very important meal, but I don't know how to do it because it's a French food that I can't usually eat, but it was just a raw dish with just some whipping sauce. It was delicious though! I had to put up the champagne, and partly because of the time difference, I became sleepy around the dessert and couldn't eat it. Although it was the reception desk of the hotel, I asked for a rental car arrangement, but I was given the appropriate information, and the rental car shop that I visited by taxi was closed on Sunday. I can't blame my lack of preparation, but since the staff at the hotel were mostly part-time workers, I can't expect the services of a luxury hotel to match the price.

The setting is superb, the reception of quality. The table is remarkable, it's a starred restaurant. Quite surprising when you have never tasted gourmet cuisine

For my taste there were fois gras in too many courses. In 3 or 4 courses from the large menu with a total of 9 courses. Unbalanced for my taste.
We stayed overnight too. The rooms are nice but it was very clean. In addition, the water bottle from the previous guest was still in the room and crumbs on the floor. In addition, bed linen with stains that did not come out during washing. That's not okay for the room rate.

Perfect, we are epicureans and with you we are in the right place, we have been coming for a few years and it's getting better and better, bravo to you

We had an amazing weekend, it's a magical place. The hotel and all its services are at the top, the table with a big kitchen a big 3 stars, the welcome and the team, everything is perfect. Thank you for this great moment, congratulations!

Lovely hotel, very contemporary and relaxing. Great public areas and gardens. We chose to eat in Reims as we didn t fancy the formality of the on-site 3 star restaurant. 8 min taxi ride (Uber) from the centre of the city so good location with very secure parking, handy if you re driving something fancy. Would definitely come here again.

A table and an exceptional hotel, an irreproachable service, the reputation of the chef is not to be done, and the hotel is at the same height. The breakfast consisting solely of homemade products crowns an unforgettable step.

Very welcoming, spacious room, the most, upgraded, the divine meal, we had the food and wine accompaniment menu, top-of-the-range service, a listening chef, a large family, only excellent moments.

Everything was perfect until breakfast. Instead of a quiet moment, we were treated to the director who, with a loud voice, reprimanded one of her employees. She chased her from the kitchen to the room, thus making us participate in all the reproaches. A moment wasted and it's a shame given the price of breakfast.

People come here for the gastronomic experience, we came here for the magnificent 5* hotel, spa and fine dining while visiting the Champagne region for 3 days. The grounds are immaculate. The environment elegant. The rooms modern and spacious. The breakfast the best we have experienced - if you don t see just ask. What can we say but wonderful experience at another Relias & Chateaux hotel. Will definitely return ASAP.

The best 3-star restaurant - among the 15 best restaurants in the World. Everything is sublime: the elegance of the room, the extremely professional staff, the extraordinary and excellent cuisine, Chef Arnaud LALLEMAND and his wife are rare hosts. A table to do absolutely at least once in your life. I've been there 5 times and can't wait to go back.

Unique experience to be the object of attention: excellent cuisine, impeccable service and welcoming place. Happy to have been able to enjoy it and look forward to coming back.

Probably the most expensive accomodation in Reims, one would expect perfection. Not so. The doors on the lounge room cabinet would not close. Poorly fitted and maintained. When filled, the bath would not empty as the lever had broken. Sound proofing was non existent.. all noises from people in the corridors was loud and intrusive. Unbelievably one of my wife's garments went missing. The restaurant was very disapointing. For 450+ Euro one would again expect perfection. The meal was average at best and the service whilst excellent was intrusive. It would score no more than 6/10 on Masterchef. The food at the small Basque restaurant down the street was much better and cost about 1/7th the price of A.Lallement. Overall, a disapointing experience.

This restaurant was AMAZING. I definitely recommend this restaurant for those looking for a special experience. It is expensive, however this is a restaurant that is definitely worth it. The quality of food and service is phenomenal. I cannot fault anything about the evening we had there definitely deserves the three Michelin stars that it has received.

Unique experience. The rooms are sumptuous, the staff is perfectly organized as well to be discreet as to answer your requests.
The food is always fantastic, each dish will make you discover sometimes simplistic foods. Some people are born with incredible talent and work to make a profit, Arnaud Lallemand is undoubtedly part of these people.

What do you do if you reach five stars on Google maps? You get three Michelin stars. All well deserved. The food is poetry in your mouth, the chef tends to his guests in person and the fuss the staff makes around you is maybe a bit much or even silly at times, but overall very enjoyable. We had a superberb time here and I am already thinking of when I might come again

A wonderful visit. We were very well received from the time we left the taxi until we left. The food was delicious with divine sauces. The champagne-based wine package including Dom Perignon and Tattinger Rose were exquisite. Highly recommended.
