The food at this place is amazing. The flavors are so rich and the presentation is beautiful. Definitely one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in town.

The sushi at KYOTO PDX is absolutely delicious. The fish is always fresh and the rolls are beautifully made. The service is also great, making for a wonderful dining experience.
