It wasn't all that... LoL but really...same taste as Kyoto Express.... $10 MORE EXPENSIVE THO....

Customer service is awful didn't even order cause chick at register rude as hell

No customer service. The manager and cashier seemed to be related based on their conversation. I waited ten minutes to be asked" can I take your order" or am I ordering"? I ordered a chicken bowl. It was not tasty. The cashier Didn't ask me if I wanted white or fried rice. I will not be going back.

I'm done with Kyoto's. I went in for lunch got a chicken bowl and paid it come out to 8.36. I was like cool used my debit card and kept it moving. I go look at my statement online it said I paid 10.03 so I called up there to ask why charge me 2 more dollars and they (Jasmine) could not give me a straight answer. If it was a tip I have no problems with that but to take 2 more dollars from a working man is sad. To anyone reading this use Cash with them or you'll get ripped off too.

Food used to be good but apparently there is a problem with the bathrooms it smells very bad now.

I always encounter an awesome experience when dining there.

Been dining here for years love the food ... Never tasted sushi but they need work on customer service its starting to suck w. All these new people.

Do not waste your time or money here. The food is dry, horrible,the sushi is so bad I could not swallow it, the people are very rude and the place it's self is sticky and unclean. Just walk away now..

THERE WERE ROACHES EVERYWHERE in the restaurant...my cousin and I gave them back the food and got our money back. These Kyoto express used to be a good place to eat, but they are dirty and nasty now. PLEASE try Shogun Jr's. They cook to order and clean and fresh. IF THERE ARE ROACHES IN THE PART WHERE WE EAT....THERE DEFINITELY IS ROACHES WHERE THEY COOK!

Poor Service everytime. If you try to call in ToGo no one will ever answer the phone. When in the restaurant, the employees are behind the counter partaking in public displays of affection with one another and little to any customer service at all. It should not take 25 minutes to prepare a shrimp bowl. Also I should not have to ask multiple times for sauce, to still receive none. If I could give 0 stars I would based 100% off employee performance.

I had my usual steak and Shrimp with zucchini with onions. However the meat was sorta tough and cut into too thick of pieces and had no real taste of it's own. Plus now they don't let you get ur own sauce, so the shorted me on the mayo sauce, didn't give me any of the soy sauce. Not the experience I have been accustomed to.

It was dirty and had roaches crawling around the floor. Definitely not going back.

I wish I could leave half of one star. The staff is very unfriendly, thought I'd check out this place since I haven't been here in years and it looks exactly the same, no renovations, broken light signs and it has a dirty feel. Very exspensive for less food that's chewy and hard. Miyabi jr takes the 5 stars from me! Don't waste your money

Do NOT order the sushi, you'd have better sushi at a gas station. The food is food is mediocre, the service is nearly nonexistent, and the prices are double what you should pay for it. Never again.

My food smell horrible. And everytime I call the number it just Rings ring rings.

Food was served cold. Not cooked fresh. Bad quality. Very little food for what you pay.

Never never and I mean never eat the sushi there. It is so gross, you can't takes the sushi all you taste is the vinegar that they put it in.

I simply Love everything about Kyoto! I recommend the Steak and Shrimp plate!

I only gave 1 star because I couldn t do 0. My husband almost choked on 2 chicken bones found in his chicken bowl. Called the store and woman wouldn t let us talk to a manager, kept trying to tell us we need to drive 45 minutes back to their store. Continues to keep us from talking to management, finally manager gets on the phone and says sorry nothing we can do, then proceeded to hang up! This is by far the shittiest customer service I ve ever dealt with in my life! Will never go back and will definitely make sure everyone I know never does business here. Very, very good. Steak cooked too much, not tender.

We went in late.. Like 14 mins before they closed !! Guy working the counter still nicely greeted us!!! My boyfriend strongly hates onions .. The guy was I'm like sorry it's already mixed!! OK cool not a problem!! When he bought our togo boxes to us, he said I tried really hard to not get onions in your plate ... No lie there only 4 onions !!! Way to go to you, they guy who worked the counter 1-16-2018

Just a little more onions and zucchini and it would have been perfect! I'll be back soon

Staff very helpful and took extra time to explain dishes, as it was first time eating here. Excellent food!!
