Although they take longer (about 4 weeks) than other agencies to settle bills, but they pay for some jobs more ... In addition, the employees of customer relationship are absolutely friendly and competent. So the agency can recommend :)
absolutely dubious. Kundenbinder is the only agency that I know, to whom you have to send the invoice by mail and not by mail. Are we in the Stone Age? Everything is going so slowly and you have to wait at least a month for the money. The phone is not gone after 18 clock ..

After repeated calls, emails and letters, NO PAYMENT. Joined a campaign last year. After many attempts, I was repeatedly told that the money would be sent out soon. Dear women, Despite years of well-executed jobs (P&C sales campaigns), I was taken out of a (P&C!) Job because I indicated that I would like to have a size 40 in a dress, after which I received the answer that there was only dresses in sizes 34-38 (i.e. XS and S) and therefore I am not suitable for the job. This is discrimination and bodyshaming!
The agency is obviously just about the outside and zero experience and good cooperation, I quit the agency - there are so many better agencies!

A disaster. Never again would I work for this agency. First, I must emphasize that the pay is fair. What follows is no longer fair. After my job, I set up a bill and sent it to Kundenbinder GmbH. After a few days, I wanted to make sure my letter arrived and called. A clerk then confirmed to me that the letter was there and was even edited. After weeks of waiting, there's no money in my account yet. So I called again. And what does another clerk tell me? The letter would never arrive. Since I was pretty angry, that they simply lose my bill. Second try, another letter. After a week: He has reportedly still not arrived! As a clerk says to me, I should send the bill exceptionally as a PDF. She will then process it immediately. Said and done. I even made sure she got the bill. After weeks of waiting: No money on the account, BUT a mail where it says: "On her bill missing the name of the tax office, please complete this and send them another bill by mail to us." I am incredibly mad at how unreliable, disorganized and slow they are! Now I have to set up the third letter and the 28-day deadline is always good for the agency! Incredible. Not recommended. Let it go.
