What a jumble for the settlement of the bill! Invoice only by mail, extended payment term plus x days extra! No answer to mails, no contact in the accounting department. Here, the work done seems to be more than appreciated ;-)! Rob the few available promoters the last nerve! At some point you all get flattened! Promised.

I have been working for or with customer relations for 1 year now and I have only had positive experiences! Although they take longer (about 4 weeks) than other agencies to settle bills, but they pay for some jobs more ... In addition, the employees of customer relationship are absolutely friendly and competent. So the agency can recommend :)

absolutely dubious. Kundenbinder is the only agency that I know, to whom you have to send the invoice by mail and not by mail. Are we in the Stone Age?
Everything is going so slowly and you have to wait at least a month for the money. The phone is not gone after 18 clock ..

After repeated calls, emails and letters, NO PAYMENT. Joined a campaign last year. After many attempts, I was repeatedly told that the money would be sent out soon. To date, nothing has still arrived. My questions were answered with "we still need documents". The company got so many documents from me that I could light the fireplace of an entire village. Then again "the money will be sent soon". ridiculous

Although both times I sent the bills by post to the right address, I had to wait six weeks for my money. Despite years of well-executed jobs (P&C sales campaigns), I was taken out of a (P&C!) Job because I indicated that I would like to have a size 40 in a dress, after which I received the answer that there was only dresses in sizes 34-38 (i.e. XS and S) and therefore I am not suitable for the job.
This is discrimination and bodyshaming!

The agency is obviously just about the outside and zero experience and good cooperation, I quit the agency - there are so many better agencies!

The agency has booked me on a Saturday for a mission, according to a commitment with mileage allowance, as it was an "emergency response" in a hardware store and no one else was available. I asked for written mail, but then I had to leave already ... I worked the day and wrote my bill - as usual. This has strangely disappeared three times, mileage would never have been agreed ... Dear promoters, do yourself a favor and do not bid for loyalty takers. The agency takes years and never pays bills on time. You always have to fight for your money. Still waiting for my money from March. Do yourself a favor and never work for customer relationships. In addition, the staff are totally unfriendly. All my colleagues have had the same experiences. Open invoices, no reply to the emails, no removal from the distribution list ... dubious way of working

Unfortunately dubious. There is no response to important mails, the supervised event has a very bad working atmosphere, and in terms of bill payments, I am always being asked why the payment can not be made at the moment - for months. The pay is, compared to the competition, also worse - for me, there is absolutely nothing to make me continue to be represented by this agency. A real shame.

First, I must emphasize that the pay is fair. What follows is no longer fair.
After my job, I set up a bill and sent it to Kundenbinder GmbH. After a few days, I wanted to make sure my letter arrived and called. A clerk then confirmed to me that the letter was there and was even edited.
After weeks of waiting, there's no money in my account yet. So I called again. And what does another clerk tell me? The letter would never arrive.
Since I was pretty angry, that they simply lose my bill. Second try, another letter. After a week: He has reportedly still not arrived!
As a clerk says to me, I should send the bill exceptionally as a PDF. She will then process it immediately. Said and done. I even made sure she got the bill. After weeks of waiting: No money on the account, BUT a mail where it says: "On her bill missing the name of the tax office, please complete this and send them another bill by mail to us."
I am incredibly mad at how unreliable, disorganized and slow they are! Now I have to set up the third letter and the 28-day deadline is always good for the agency!
