The location is beautiful - in a built up beach-font hotel way - we were given a fantastic table, the service was excellent, the food was good (but not great), but it didn't work for us at all. I'm sure we're not the demographic Ku De Ta is looking to attract (too old), but irrespective of that, it's really not a good choice if what you are looking for is a dinner venue.
The menu and wine list are (as everyone else has pointed out) pretty pricey given their target audience.
It reminds me of the pool scene at big hotels in Miami - with throbbing music we found overwhelming. If you're in your 20/30's and/or looking for a vibrant and upscale bar scene, or a place to spend several hours lounging and snacking, you might love it.
We didn't - our mistake.

This place has a small infinity pool with a good view of the beach. Great place to chill, drink and dine. But the pool is really small so cant expect to swim.
But we had a pizza and fries. Both were made really well.

Yes , great location nicely put together and well capable of putting some pretty nice food together, However... Dropped in yesterday for an ice coffee to cool down with and by the time I'd paid the 65000 pus service then tax it was the thick end of 100,000. This would have been acceptable if it hadn't been the meanest serving I've ever experinced combined with a lackluster taste. All in all this instance left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Stunning beach club, AMAZING music by the in-house DJ, beautiful relaxed setting, good service, and an interesting menu (what seems like a fusion of several cuisines including Japanese & Mediterranean). Everything we had was delicious !

Excellent choice! More expensive than most of the restaurants in Seminyak, but worth every penny! Good food, exquisite service, nice atmosphere (if one enjoys clubbing-lounge vibes, just a bit too loud...). How can I ask for more? Well done, KuDeTa team!

great place to come once. great views and cool setting. Prices are a little on the high side considering all the other great places with food that's just as good but half the price.... Few visits later nice becoming the day and just have a drink and people watch. Thry have so. E great sand art on the walls.

Beautiful spot! This place has everything you need.... couples, families, solo travelers, Kudeta is the place to be. Right on the beach with fantastic cocktails, great food and very attentive service. Get a beachside lounge chair and jump into a few of their signature cocktails with some tapas plates on the side. A bit more expensive than local warungs, but you get what you pay for and this place is all class. Highly recommended.

Glow food. Gamseong Gamseong. I went late and didn't have a good place, so I just filmed this and came out to the beach to paddle!
If you want to see the sunset, you can go to the beach in front of the coup !!

Not my kind of place to be honest. Very western. Over rated and over priced. Having said that, the food was very nice - the gyoza was outstanding. But the pool is tiny and for posers only (and maybe young kids). Chilled beats were good and I hear the parties are awesome. But if you are not a party goer, its not worth the visit. Go to the beach instead!

The place and atmosphere is nice, cozy bar. The food is also delicious (for a bar that matches the Asian tongue). The price is indeed quite expensive, which is important according to the budget.

The food is fantastic, the setting magnificent, the DJ superb, the view to die for and rather disappointingly the service was severely lacking.

To give some specific examples, the waiter poured the bottle of water and then hid it somewhere out of sight. This would work well if the staff were attentive and noticed empty glasses but that was certainly not the case. Additionally the starters took 50 minutes to arrive and the mains the same length of time. I would expect a courtesy update from the staff given that length of time however when we asked how long the food may take after 45 minutes the waiter was ambivalent and certainly not polite.

It's fair to say that we have found staff in Bali to be very friendly and courteous yet not the most attentive. In this case we didn't find the staff to be friendly or attentive. In a 5* resort where you're paying double what you pay at other restaurants serving top quality food such as a few we tried: Batik, Sea Circus or Sweet Boi (I appreciate none of those have sea views and so perhaps it's not a totally fair comparison) it's just not good enough and therefore despite the outstanding food and setting it's not a place we would return to.

Awesome

Lovely atmosphere, yummy food, great service. Loved the magician roaming around doing card tricks, he was fun. Music was great. Food was on the pricier side compared to other places but still a great price for a stunning meal and totally worth it for a treat. Would go again in a heartbeat!

We went there on Sunday, spent half a day there. It's very kids friendly - they had some activities going on for the kids free of cost till 3 pm. The view is amazing. Good, drinks and service is excellent. Would highly recommend it for a good family time spend.

I wanted to try this place as we walked in there is a security at the door told us I can't bring my almost empty bottle water. I was instructed either to finish it or trash it.

This is NOT A GOOD WAY TO GREET A NEW POTENTIAL CUSTOMER !!

We walked away.

Been to Ku De Ta twice and might have to pop back before my stay is over this time.
In my opinion one of the most underrated beach clubs in Bali- but I also like this about it as it doesn t seem to get very over crowded of a day so it s very relaxing and can rock up at 12pm and still get day beds with NO minimum spend.
Food and drinks are exceptional- like any beach clubs you can expect to pay normal Aussie prices for this but still reasonable considering. Exceptional service as well- always waiting the bed and provide tables so you can eat as you relax- pool towels also supplied with cost of a couple of dollars- pool is small and shallow but me and partner had no problem sitting in there for hours on end.
We went during the day- stayed for maybe 4 hours and spent just over $100AUD each- had a few drinks and lunch so fairly reasonable- $50AUD each- go elsewhere and you can expect to have a minimum spent of $100 AUD elsewhere I ve found.

A very beautiful place. Pretty serene. The bungalows are comfortable and stylish. However it depends somewhat on the bungalow what the level of tranquility is. Ours is next to the breakfast parlor so that means we deal with some noise in the morning. The breakfast is not particularly light but I like that it is mainly indonesian. Its tasty and they serve fresh fruit for free. Personel is lively. Overall I can recommend this resort. I would come back here.

Visited ku de ta both during the day and at night. Very pleasant atmosphere - not as crowded as potato head so much better if you just want to relax close to the beach.

Food was excellent - highly recommend the potato puree.

Drinks wise you can't go wrong with their sangria - either red or pink - just lovely. I wouldn't recommend bananas in bahamas (not because it was terrible but more because there are far better cocktails to try).
