These guys destroyed our favorite summer hangout by renovating out the charm, sending prices sky high and lowering the standard of service to the point we all had to ask...why go back? I was quite embarrassed when I convinced my family to have a reunion at Hotel Del and was shocked at the changes. They even turned the reservation experience into something akin to buying a used car.
I am very glad to see that hotel's management shift to another firm and am left to hope they roll back the decline initiated by KSL.
