Crystals are unique food that you have to have a taste for, but I love them

Slow ain t the word for this place. Hit the 15 minute mark waiting on our food and still waiting. Not very busy and all the employees look like they re walking in molasses.

I have to Brag about this Krystal location. The manager is soooo extremely sweet and there is also a gentleman that works in the back with locs that made my morning start off great one particular day. I ordered a scrambler and didn t get to eat it until I got to work 30 mins later and my food was STILL fresh. The manager has a great personality and I just appreciate these types of attitudes toward me as a customer. I made it my business to call the next morning and let them know how grateful I was for such a positive experience!!

Stop notch management and staff, very clean and organized, best location to go to for krystal lovers.

Chicken was hard, yet undercooked for the Krystal Chicks. They were heavy handed with the mustard on the regular Krystals. Fries were room temp. Nothing good about this visit. It was the first time for my boyfriend ever going to Krystal.

I was shocked in the slow process. Staff was confused on orders period. However my food was hot and tasted well

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to be told to pull forward because they had to wait on Chiks to be made. I then waited 10 more minutes for them to bring them out to me.

No stars should be given! The manager should be ashamed of the food that was purchased, this whole order was disgusting and VERY OLD!

Service at this location is miserably slow. This has happened multiple times and it wouldn't be as bad if the customer service wasn't also awful.

I just ordered chilie and they have changed there recipe are something I don't like it at all very spicey

I absolutely love these burgers and fries... Wish the were in Texas

After church we went through the drive through. We waited over 30 minutes for 7 Krystals, small chili, and medium fry. The fries were over done and no spoon with the chili. I wasn t about to wait through that LONG line of cars for over 30 minutes again just to get a spoon. Thank goodness I was going home and could get a spoon. But, what if I wasn t...I guess I would have had to drink my chili. And...the dining room is not open for patrons to eat inside but as I was exiting the drive through I noticed a couple eating their meal inside. Restaurants and fast food places are going downhill fast. I guess I ll start eating at home all the time.

I have left a horrible review for this place, due to staff in early 2019 consistently just being horrible at their jobs and customer service, with wait times upwards of an hour.

went back twice this month, both times ended with pleasant service and FAST service.

Love the 3 egg breakfast.

Krystals were good. Custom krystals were correct. But fries were tough, inedible.

Food was good. Would have rather had breakfast at 3:30 in the morning though. They don't serve breakfast till 5am....Sad!

The biscuits were very good and the bacon the eggs were kinda runny for my taste and this was off the food bar. Service was great

I like their high top tables overlooking Shallowford Road. And their food is good. What I expect from a Krystal. I m giving the fifth star because it was very clean.

This is the SLOWEST FAST FOOD establishment I've ever been to in my LIFE. If you're looking for a quick bite...late night...do NOT stop here. You WILL be waiting in line for 30-45 minutes on KRYSTALS.....nothing takes that long.... absolutely RIDICULOUS. Then not to mention they're 24 hours. Maybe y'all should consider closing at 12 if y'all cannot run smoothly as a 24 hour restaurant.

Sweet girl in the drive through tonight, very mannerable. And I asked for an extra bag and the guy was nice too!

They get you in and out of the drive-thur quickly. So far my order has been right every time and always hot.

I ordered low carb scrambles with bacon. They burned the bacon, over cooked the eggs and forgot the cheese....

Poor service breakfast this morning. After waiting too long obtained refund. Poor service last week. Will not return.

Love the new design of the building. I ordered a party pack of Krystals, no cheese. What else!

Only fast food restaurant I know of that will prepare your breakfast with REAL EGGS right out of the shell. The other restaurants insult their customers with bagged or boxed EGGS from other states. Weeks may have elapsed since those eggs were cracked by a machine.

I visit early in a.m. so service is sometimes slow..Food ok

Ugh.. seriously could this place be any slower!!! Fast food should be fast not slow!!! Now they are saying they didn t even get my order.. even though the crack head working the window told me to pull up for my total!! Nobody has time for this!! U suck Krystal s!!

Quickly made it thru the drive thru with 12 crystals and w3 fries

Waited in drive-thru for over 40 mins and get to the window and received a half-hearted "yeah sorry" for my wait. No complementary upgrade to my drink or even an apple pie offer. Very bad customer service.
Had to come back and edit this review.
After getting home the Krystals I ordered with Bacon two of them were missing bacon pieces, my fries were hard and cold and unsalted. Was a 2 star rating now a 1 star rating.

Love me some gut bombs. Great for soaking up excess alcohol that's built up in your system

Is the worst krystals in chattanooga . employees just standing around looking at you and not doing their jobs waited 30+ minutes for food and krystals tasted like they have vodka in the grease fries were cold also we we ate while 3 other families waited over a hour after us for their food, there was only 3 families in the place, wasnt packed at all.. Shouldnt have took that look to get our food . wanted refills before we left and stood up there for 10 minutes to be ignored cause the staff would wrather talk to their friends that came thru the door . wont go back there.

Good food at reasonable prices. The egg breakfast platter is a good bargain, and it tastes good.

Drive through personnel were rude and couldn't get order right

They will charge you 33% more for the food if you ask for 10 krystals or chicks. They will not honor the 5 for 5 deal unless you ask for it specifically

Told us they had to cook it and they lied it was cold

Good food nice folks running the restaurant. To get senior discounts you have to be sure to ask for it

My Cheese Krystal's were cold and fried were not hot. Very disappointed!

Drive thru was extremely slow, but the bacon on my burgers was amazing. Best chili cheese fries EVER!

Although it's a great little joint for a quick bite to eat. And you do get quite a bit of food for the price the only thing I see is that your paying mainly for bread than anything else. However even with that the food is still pretty good.

The service I recieved doesn't even deserve a star.. ordered a chick combo and it took over 30 minutes to get my order.. the guy working the drive thru kept saying your order is coming up we're cooking it fresh. It was fresh but was not the correct order!! Not even close to what I ordered!! Will not be going back to this Krystal!

Delicious i have the square meal 3 kristal medium fries and a medium drink for 3 dollars

30+ minute wait at 3am on a Thursday night while we got to watch the staff goof off. Actually made me hangry

They were quick, there was enough food to get full, for not a lot of$$$! Every item we ordered was in the bag!!!

The prices were good, the wait was long in drive thru and the food wasn't fresh.

Like every fast food restaurant on this road, the workers are lazy, rude, and forgetful. Make sure to double check you have everything before you leave the drive through. Dining room is often vacant and has free wi-fi, 24 hours a day.

Mad because that say they are open 24 hours and I go before I go to work at 5 am and they tell me every time they are not serving at this time.
