Bought 2 new Kalkhoff bicycles, exchanged 2 somewhat older bicycles.
Kruiper is highly recommended, we received excellent assistance and in a friendly professional manner, we received a good price for our old bikes, and nothing was too much for them to tailor the best adjustment of the new bikes to our wishes.

Thought the stem was broken. The mechanic tightened a few bolts on the spot and I was able to continue cycling. Very good service.

Despite the corona crisis, bicycles were delivered much earlier than initially thought. Front wheel showed a curved brake disc and it was replaced flot and at no additional cost. Excellent service and friendly people.
