I never thought I would be writing this about Kretek but it is so sad to see management play favotism to a ridiculous level. The managers and HR conspire to frustrate and push employees to resign to their position. Mynor always brags about being able to replace everyone in a heartbeat and he tells people bluntly he doesn t need them. He does not have any management skills. He always talks to employees using bad words and belittles them so people feel their job is threatened. This company doesn t pay well either so once you weight out the benefits there is no reason to work for a company that lacks corporate culture that values their employees. Their turnover rate is very high and I know it will remain this way because everyone hates working here. As soon as people see an opportunity they leave to work somewhere else. I hope this gives you insight about who Kretek is and you avoid working for them. It is not worth it to waste your talent and effort working here because they will never look out for you.

One of the best distribution services in the world I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs anything from a highly reputable company especially the owners wonderful man and wonderful to his employees and all these other reviews are leaving about the guy they're just having a sore thumb unfortunately you can't have the best workers when you're not doing the best work so obviously management needs to step in and make sure workers that leave bad reviews like that don't get the credit where it's due because they're not doing a good job that's why they left a bad review I highly disagree with all the bad reviews and I highly consider this place to anybody
