I purchased two of their car covers which bragged regarding a seven year warranty. Each of them fell to pieces after only two summers. I telephoned Kraco's customer service department, who promptly told me they'd send me an email link for attaching photo's of their failed product to, then they'd send me replacements. I waited several days and received no email as promised, so I re-contacted them via telephone, and was told once again that I'd receive an email message. After several days, I received the message from Kraco, only to learn they now demand I pay for shipping their two shredded car covers back to them. Upon reading this I telephoned Kraco again, only to have another employee specializing in running short on patience (probably a trained technique to discourage warranty customers) tell me I need to photograph the failed product first, wait for their consideration, possible acceptance or rejection and reply, then ship their product back to them if they were to decide in my favor. So let me get this straight, I have to pay for $30.00 for getting get strung along for more two months by sending their damaged product back to them. Maybe I should have just purchased my car covers from a reputable company in the first place. One with a reasonable warranty/return policy, rather than one designed to jerk customers around until they give up. What a waste of money and giant waste of time. I'd burn $100.00 before buying from Kraco again, and I love money. I hope this message is enough to spark some semblance of shame into the company because it hits them square in the pocket. It seems that its the way to get company's attention with poor ethics to answer for their dirty deeds these days. I wasn't so tight as them when I spent money to purchase their products, sad how many streets are only one way now.
