Nice place for work but difficult to commute using public transport.

Best place but doesn't have parking for two wheelers.

Nice business Park. It all the type of companies and their facility is good..they have 4basement parking and very nice security system but I think fire safety is something that they can work on

Very bad location and trast of traffic hiting road kachara peti

If you are visiting here for some meeting be prepared for traffic in narrow lane .2 . Waste your time to make gate pass.3.Guest parking facility is limited. Entrance and exit are very narrow its single gate and always have to waste your time (I dont know such a big complex with single entry /exit how BMC had permitted but anyway its India yaha sab chalta he jab bapu bolta he )internal lobby is huge. Once in everything is marvellous.

Good corporate space...but enterance road is very busy..hard to manage traffic in peak hours...no parking available for 2 wheelers.

True feeling of corporate building so far I got from Lotus Corporate Park @Goregaon East, Mumbai. Ultimate level of security checks for visitors. All security guards over there so far I found them more supportive and up to the mark of on duty guards. There are multiple wings from Wing-A to to G.. and so on in Lotus Corporate Park so one has to remember the Wing s/he comes to visit else for sure gonna have round and round.
Central cafeteria of the building is serving best quality food at a bit high price but, my overall experience of cafeteria is good.
It also has gym at the ground floor and two floors parking available. All are aligned to follow rules in order to keep it up to the benchmark of corporate building in Goregaon area.
I do remember some of thecompanies name which can help you to locate the same at runtime.
1.Deloitte India on 1 floor A/B Wing
2. Sutlej Textiles on 5-6 floor E Wing
3. Brainvire Inc and Accely on 7 floor E Wing
4. Craftsvilla 1502, G Wing

Due to tempo parked on both side of road the lane is mess up all the time

I was here at B Electricals for business meet. Nice place, security guards are kind and helpful. Too spacious.

Very precious corporate parks in goregaon east area, affordable pricing for new offices, facilities they provide along with office space are quite good, cafeteria section have alot of cusines, but they dont have proper two wheeler parking inside premises, also the security system is not updated, one of the 4 acess entries are always closed.

Easy to locate from a normal traffic in Mumbai. The canteen here is super amazing with some good food and a lot of seating and food options. The Indian aviation and aviation safety college is here on the 12th floor. The parking is huge.

Parking is chargeable and entering road get block during office time

LCP, short form of Lotus Corporate Park is best approached from Jogeshwari station, east for commuters on the western line and Kurla/Ghatkopar via Andheri for central and harbour residents. Share autos ferry passenger for 10 Rs. From Jogeshwari East near Ismail Yousuf College to Jay Coach . You may need to queue up at the entry during morning hours if you don't have a LCP access card. The facility has a fully equipped gym with treadmill, cycle and elliptical machine. It also boasts a huge cafeteria in the ground floor with a variety of items. The service is however slow and there is a lot of rush from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.

Amenities were awesome security system is superb its a business area

There is no issues with the parking as there is a big open space available behind of this building.

Well connected by Road, Rail, Metro and not far from Airport. Ideal office location in Western suburbs of Mumbai.

Great corporate office. Has a gym and pool table as well. Accessibility may be an issue but there is a share rickshaw from Jogeshwari station. Do not get off at Ram Mandir. Also this place is not visible from the western express highway. It's a little further in. Say Jay coach factory to the locals to help you find the place in case lotus is unknown to them

The only traffic at peak hours you will face is for this building. Mostly crowded with corporate people running all the times. . Ram mandir is closest railway station situated near this building. Most of the MNC's are present. Parking for car is major problem near building, for bike, its available. Nothing much to say.

Lots of so many commercial office available at this place

Lotus Corporate Park is a duplicitous firm incepted on the backs of its suppliers.
I would ask the potential buyers to be cautious and not matter how above-board a deal there will be, the team is conniving enough to rip you off.

Pandering and Bad-debts are one of the few attributes upon which they've been founded upon and their refusal of payments is an ugly reflection.
