The manager did not handle himself as a professional, if an employee screws up the manager is suppose to help fix the problem and not be treating human beings as a nobody he was ridiculous
Absolutely ridiculous the way the Owner/Manager conducted himself in the video circulating on social media. He had no reasonable explanation for his screw up and his lack of professionalism was unacceptable. Will be forwarding to the corporate office.
