Ok so I had a great experience with this company. I ordered the longstem glass votives for my wedding and received all of them in perfect condition minus 1 that had been slightly chipped on the bottom. (I feel like this was a fluke since the packaging of my items was excellent.) I emailed the company with a picture to let them know and they answered within 24 hours sending me a replacement item. They did not require anything more from me, I did not have to ship it back, and they said I can keep/dispose of the damaged item.

As far as the votives themselves, they required a light rinse and there were some presence of bubbles in the glass. This is already expressed on their website as normal and when they are all setup not at all noticable. Overall, i had a great experience and will definitely order from this company again. :)

They have everything for parties all kind and good prices.

Would definitely recommend for all special occasions.

If you are purchasing from Canada, DON"T. There is A LOT of extra custom duties AND taxes you have to pay which can render the cost pretty much double. If it was just the tax on the item then I would understand but there are separate customs fees and brokerage fees which you are not told about so purchasing from Canada? Might as well count whatever you buy as double the cost.

I was prompted to review this company on their website. I did, with honesty, and then they said they would contact me to fix the issues. They never contacted me and prompted me to review again. This time, when I left a review of the lack of customer service, I received a response with no help, STILL and insults. Won't buy from them again.

Extremely happy with the customer service and response times. During covid I m sure everyone is facing struggles to keep up with shipping. There was a slight mix up in my order however koyal was quick to respond and remedy the situation it was most appreciated. Extremely happy with the pieces I received. Making two tree of life sculptures out of manzanita branches for customers grandparents. Thanks again koyal.

I ordered a few California driftwood from Koyal and picked it up at their Fullerton location. I was pleased with the quality of the branches and the customer service from Brenda. I would definitely be a repeat customer.
