Poor planning and communication overshadowed the construction of a decent home. Project construction: Neat guidance before commencement with regard to customized options, followed by impersonal communication including via an online portal, no or late answer, point of contact was also often unavailable by telephone, brief information during the construction period, blow to the arm on delivery, months delay without weather influences, none clear answers, hardly any ideas were given, difficult questions were dismissed, extra costs, subcontractors often barely knew what they were for, work was carried out incorrectly, without consultation with us, delivery points were corrected long after delivery.
Very bad experiences with Koopmans. The entire street suffered from all kinds of strange problems such as cracking, leaks, drafts. And if you file a complaint, you must first engage a lawyer to get what you are entitled to. Very annoying.
