I recently had some questions about a set of shocks I am hoping to purchase if I get the green light from my wife... Even though I wasn't sure exactly when I was going to make a purchase they still answered each of my questions honestly and were really helpful all around making sure I got all of the information. I was already pretty well sold on Koni but this sealed the deal! Can't wait to get my new shocks! THANKS!!

What a disaster. They route your sale through Shopatron who does not have any tech or live operators. They sent the PRE-PAID order but didn't tell me I had to be present to sign in person for. Then when the shocks did not fit they would not credit them because the paint around the holes on one was distressed. Of course after they were sent back because there is no live persons to talk to and no information or conditions for return credit on the website. So I have no shocks, $360 gone, $70 in lost shipping costs. Last time I buy from them, ever.

I've had great experiences with Koni North America. I had them rebuild + revalve a set of shocks for me a few years after they went out. They did an excellent job! Time for another rebuild+revalve after some great years of track use.

I ordered some shocks from them over the internet and didn't receive any confirmation that I even placed an order for two days so I contacted them. It wasn't until after I emailed them that they informed me that the parts I ordered were on backorder and wouldn't ship for 3 weeks. 3 weeks came and went and I never heard a word from them so I contacted them again and they said the order wouldn't ship for another week. Almost a full month after I placed my order I received it and it was missing parts so I couldn't install it. I'm still waiting on the parts. They have lacked any proactive attempt to communicate anything with me and then after making me wait a month didn't even check to make sure the order was complete. This has been an absolutely terrible customer experience. I will never buy anything from them again. Stay away from Koni North America at all costs.

I bought the Koni Sport struts through Tire Rack as they are apparently compatible with my Lexus IS300. Lo and behold, the shaft of the strut would not fit through the stock mounting kit. Tire Rack redirected me to Koni. I tried calling Koni on a Thursday and an automated message expressed their service was closed on Thursday's and Friday's. Therefore, I reached back out on the upcoming Monday and spent the entire day trying to get a representative on the phone for technical support with no success. Don't buy from this joke of a company!

Bought STR struts for my mustang, once installed they squeaked on the rebound stroke, apparently a common issue. After speaking with customer service, I am assured they will send me a new set of shocks and cover the cost of an alignment. Weeks of driving on squeaky shocks later, the new set arrives... they are for a mid 80's VW. Another call back and I am told to send the old shocks back, new ones will come "soon" and that Koni no longer covers reimbursements on alignments. Terrible quality control and customer service.

Cannot get a hold of a live person. This company sent me 2 separate rear shocks with no gas rebound. It is a nightmare to RMA. I have had to spend $60 shipping for their mistake and wasted my Saturday. I WOULD AVOID KONI SHOCKS they obviously have poor quality control.
