The elevators are okay, but the maintenance staff is often a careless and poorly behaved group. Particularly in traffic, piggybacking is surprisingly common, even compared to dispatch companies, taxis and the like. The security culture on this side is probably weak. Even customer service doesn't always work.

I live in Rome -Italy- VIA TRONTO 14- 00198 ROME- where I ordered a lift KONE, last December 2016, for my address. The lift, according to the contract signed with the Kone representation in Italy, should have been completed within July 2017.
The works started in March and until now the lift is still "not working". The question is quite critical since, due to my disability, I absolutely need the lift.
From the repeated contacts with the Kone Italian representative (Marco Foresi), we got always vague answers without any concrete fact.
I therefore invite you to intervene on the Italian representative in order to impart a final decisive breakthrough in this terrible experience.
I wish to let you know that I am ready to inform the press and the public authorities about the inefficiency demonstrated by your company in this matter.
