Fatal service. I'm waiting 2 weeks for them to reply me an email! Even when I called them on the helpline, I was simply "drenched". Zero respect for the customer!

From March 14 (today April 9) they had no time to reply to the registration email (despite my two reminders). Too busy to deal with the client ...

I gave a phone for service under warranty, I wrote about the problem with the speaker and the internet, the only thing that was done was the cleaned speakers, and the Lord who was repairing my phone was a complete amateur because my phone is glass on two sides and when it was opened it was broken the back casing and I had to pay for it because of my pocket because, the manager reminded me of how I would bet, they would not acknowledge my complaint. I'm disappointed, I do not recommend this place to anyone, AMATEURS AND PEOPLE !!!

terrible service for my company, no contact with the guardian - he doesn't respond to emails. I advise against as a contractor. The equipment supplier submitted a request to introduce an individual price list for us - a week passes and no one even moves a finger.
