Worked with their service team bringing my van in for service. They do a great job on inspections and work. Their service team explained everything very well and the technicians did an awesome job. The new building is very nice and everyone there made you feel welcomed.

Called and made a service appointment to have our vehicle looked at, they were very professional and upfront, they were able to fix the problem promptly and didn't push any extra services. Waiting room is really nice, overall a good experience and I plan on going back for repeat business.

The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful! We were on a time constraint, as we were only visiting the area, and the service department was able to stay a little later and help us. The specialist who helped us, Stephanie, was very kind and considerate in helping us get everything we needed to continue our roadtrip! Thank you all so much.

Please apologize to me for my 1 star review. After reading them all, with the same canned owner response, it's sad to see you just don't fix your problems before they get to the customers to leave you bad reviews. If car manufacturers are going to make computerized garbage that breaks all the time, expect customers to not be happy and return, people want reliability, not all this technical garbage that's always breaking and cost an arm and leg to fix, but wait maybe we can get them in a new vehicle, surely that won't have problems, so sad
I was there a couple weeks ago to test drive a possibly purchase a vehicle. After waiting for almost 20 mins I was finally able to ask if the vehicle I wanted was even available. The sales person told me yes so I asked if I could take it for a test drive. When he brought me the vehicle there was not enough air to the point I had to go to the gas station and put air in the vehicle because it was not safe to take it on the highway with my children in the car. The entire time I was there I felt that I was not taken serious about purchasing a vehicle. Then it took a week to finally get a hold of the manager. He told me the sales manager would follow up with me however its now been a little over another week and still nothing.
Jim says, "You should buy your next vehicle from Kolosso Toyota because I can complete the financing for you!". This isn t accurate and should be considered as false advertising Jim Stein (Business Manager). You humiliated me and sent me out of your office because I didn t see the need to pay for the non taxable fee $299 (7 year or 50,000 miles maintenance) on the contract which is optional. I love Toyota products but I ll take my business somewhere else.
