Incredible spa day for a couples get away! Very friendly service, the services we received were great! The facility was clean, and very relaxing! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I took a two-day getaway trip. It was fabulous! We will definitely go back; two days wasn't enough to enjoy everything.

FANTASTIC spa. Staff is wonderful. Highly recommend sea lime scrub and pedicure. Will definitely go back.

Came here for a mini-honeymoon stay with my wife (at the Carriage House), and we couldn't be happier with our experience! All the staff members are great communicators, and are sincerely, genuinely pleasant. We came to have an opportunity to relax, and we don't know how we could've walked away feeling more pampered. All food and services we experienced (including the Cascading Waterfall Massage) were absolutely top-notch, and we wouldn't change a thing. Special thanks from us to Elaina @ the Wisconsin Room, Noah and Alex @ Carriage House (Noah specifically referred to us by name in-passing in the hallway, which made our experience more personal, and showed his sincerity and attention to detail), Chase @ the spa service desk, and Liz @ Black Wolf restaurant; we appreciate every one of the staff members, but those 5 people especially stood out. Thank you to Destination Kohler for such a wonderful experience!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facial, massage, and pedicure I received were very good. The authoritarian insistence on keeping the mask on even when I wasn't near anyone really ruined the experience for me.

Massage was nice but the place was too busy. Lounge chairs were all taken throughout the spa and really surprised this place is considered 5 stars...the staff was nice but the facilities were nothing special. Stayed at the carriage house for a girlfriend weekend getaway package and just surprised how many people were there during covid times. For the cost- I would not come again.

Always been a heaven and still is, even during Covid19. Currently operates at reduced capacity. All procedures and staff properly trained and was adhering to mask and other rules. Wasn t sure how comfortable we would be but once we saw how things were handled our confidence increased and we could relax. Even yummy snacks were packed in little personal containers to ensure safety. We only opted for massages and using the pool/facilities. Loved the salt wall in the sauna, and nodding off poolside. The attendants and pros were in masks entire time. Guests are asked to keep masks on. When getting a massage and swimming has to take it off. Ended up having a wonderful 2 days. Keeps proving itself as the top spa in this region. Their renovated larger space is fantastic - done well without loosing the cozy feeling. Only minor issue was keeping up with where treatment rooms were and where to wait; they can improve that hopefully. Can t wait to return. What better escape during this stressful time to nurture your body and mind.

We absolutely loved our stay! Such a special time. We attended the food and wine fest and had a blast!

My significant other and I celebrated his birthday here over the weekend. We stayed at the American Club.

We enjoyed a couples massage and uniquely-yours facials. Everything about the experience was amazing. From the approach and presentation of everything, all the way down to the employees caring for us. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to any request. Not to mention, we were on CLOUD 9 during our massages and facials. They were phenomenal!!

Also, we booked a little late but they did their best to squeeze us into comfortable appointments.

All of the amenities were just top tier. 5 diamond, no doubt. I would 100% recommend attending this spa to all my friends and family if they stay in Kohler, WI.
