Kodiak Saunas

I had high hopes when purchasing my sauna, but the experience has been less than satisfactory. The assembly instructions were unclear and left me puzzled. 😕 The customer service was slow to respond, leading to frustration when I needed help. After finally getting everything set up, I noticed some inconsistencies in the heating, which has impacted my experience. It’s unfortunate, as I really wanted to enjoy this addition to my home. 🏠 Overall, I expected more from this purchase.
