Only place around that makes prints from 35mm slides in there store. And quickly I may add.

I went in for some help with a color print that I wanted to have adjusted and reprinted. Guy with white hair and white beard never smiled or welcomed me and just shrugged his shoulders we don t do that. Awful vibe in there. Thumbs down thanks to Mr. Personality.

I had to give 5 stars, because the teacher in me could not write a positive review, with a net result in reduced score. I do like East Ave location only [i will leave it at that]. I like small locai business that can answer questions and address issues - dealing with people not phones and foreign call centers. Supporting locally owned small business ! Kudo's to Jim. Looking forward to the re-opening.

This place was awesome. It's the little things that get me. I was running short on time today. I called them and explained the situation. Not a problem. They had everything ready for me when I came in and was out in under 30 seconds. Awesome work! You have my repeat business!!!

Scott's ..I was referred there when I found my dad's old Kodak Instamatic camera with a roll of film in it. The latch was seized, but they were able to open it and retrieve the film that was half used. They told me it was C41 processing and could make negatives. When that is completed they will let me look at them and see which ones I would like digitally scanned. The film is most likely from the mid 80's. They also sell 35mm film in color and black and white plus 120 and large format. They have self service kiosks and plenty of frames. Pleasantly surprised to see film still being sold and used in Rochester.

There isn't anyone I trust with my pictures but Scotts.

I tried to crop and enlarge a photo myself as a gift for my aunt in Rochester and it did not come out well at all, so I needed to find a place to do this for me while I was visiting. I really lucked out by finding Scott's! They did a great job, amazingly quickly and at an incredibly low price. Also, the person who waited on me was very kind and patient with me. Great, great place!

Not much here for true photo enthusiasts, let alone professional photographers. As far as printing your digital photos from a kiosk, it saddens me to say that the average CVS has newer machines that are easier to use. I gave one extra star because the employees are helpful if you come in and you really don't know what you want.

I went there to have some pictures loaded onto a CD and the staff could not have been better. The young man that helped me handled my old family photos with such care and made the whole process quick and easy. I highly recommend Scott s Photo.

The man who took the order had a glazed look in his eyes, as though he had trouble understanding that I was from the Planet Earth. I ordered 10 copies of each print, he made 1 copy, I had to wait 24 hours, I'm not that close to them, so all in all not a good experience

Developing 35mm film here is hit or miss. Sometimes they come out great, other times there is chemical residue or stains.

Excellent service, speeding processing and shipping.

Everything photographic. I like the self serve kiosk to make your own color photos. It takes 5 minutes, do your own cropping, and it is inexpensive.

Photo prices were good. Lots of different photography equipment. Very cool place to stop in!

Was able to find a tripod mount for my sx 70 land camera.
