Me and my family were looking for a new vehicle for quite some time, we were really interested in an Explorer ST and figured we should go to Koch and see if they had one. Craig Grimes, A salesman at Koch greeted me and my family and made us feel at home. He offered us coffee, sat us down in his office, and with his vast product knowledge answered all the questions we had about the Explorer. He showed us the Explorer and we fell in love. We ended up buying the Vehicle and it is safe to say that our experience with Craig was amazing. We got a good deal and an even better vehicle. Would definitely recommend going to Koch Ford, and asking for him when you get there!

Ups and downs through the process but ultimately left happy.
We recently bought a 2016 F150 from Koch and they hand you their inspection sheet before your 1st test drive. Every single item on the inspection was rated compliant. Although after looking over the truck there was a rear shock that was leaking and needed to be replaced. They covered the replacement cost for that shock as a condition of the sale.
The engine fan was insanely loud. You couldn't hear anyone talking if you were standing outside the truck with the engine on and parked. No mention of it on the inspection, but it could have been missed as there was no check engine light. This was also covered by Koch as another condition of the sale, but it was a pain to get fixed. We picked the truck up after it was fixed, only to drive home and the problem was still there. They took it back, spent some more time on it and figured out the problem.
After that 2nd fix for the fan issue we picked the truck up again and drove it for almost a week before a check engine light came on and the truck wanted to stall while idling. This now being the 3rd issue that came up it was the make or break moment for us. My wife wanted to return the truck completely and we find another truck at another dealership, while I wanted to keep the truck, but get it fixed.
This is where Blair Martin, the Koch Service Manager, stepped in. He contacted me and was amazing to deal with. Not only did he empathize with our situation, but he took the time to answer any questions, explain everything in detail, go over the service history for this truck, commit to another complete inspection and provide us with some options. The check engine light was investigated and fixed at no cost to us. The Sirius radio was cutting out and they even replaced that for us. We were provided with a new inspection, a picture of the drive line fluid quality and were told we could come in while the truck was lifted to visibly go through the inspection results. This kind of commitment and openness to making a customer happy has won us over with Koch. We now have a great working truck, with quite a few new parts, and will also continue our servicing at this location for at least as long as Blair is the Service Manager.

I don't generally leave reviews but must comment on the outstanding service we've received from Mitchell Kolesnikoff and the entire Koch Service Department. Our parts, accessories, and service experience has been wonderful and the obvious care for customers is very reassuring. Wish there was a 6 Star rating!

Purchased our Van in July 2020. Circumstances prevailed and we didn t actually fly out to pick it up and drive back to Ontario until December 2020. Prior to possession and while it sat on the lot, we had 3M applied and passenger/driver window shades applied. One window shade has fallen off and the 3M is peeling at the hood edge. We have fixed the window shade but have found out the 3M install is not a warranty issue (by 3M). We have had the 3M installer look at and provide us with a quote but now cannot get the Fleet Manager to answer emails wherein we are requesting direction.
I rarely write a review on any establishment and I think it is worth to write about how GREAT and ACCOMODATING this delearship is. I had a problem with my mustang and luckily I was near Koch Ford Service, the service representative is so friendly! Like GENUINELY friendly. They give you all the information that you need to know regarding your car DANIELLE, shout out to you and your whole team. Thank you so much, keep up the good.job! Nikki and I moved here in August of 2018 to Edmonton from Medicine Hat. And for the last 3/yrs, I've been getting my truck serviced at Big M Ford. I couldn't decide where I wanted to get my trucked serviced; since there are a lot Ford Dealership to choose from. So after going through websites and reading through review, Koch was the only one that I found that had the best selection of vehicles. I made the appointment with Jane, and I when I got there I dealt with Blair Martin. He was very professional and gave me a recommendation for my truck. He didn't try and sell me anything but something to think about. He listened to my concerned that I was having with my truck and looked into right away. Blair made sure they didn't go any further with the issues and made sure it was still covered under my extended warranty. And when He found it was covered and all I had to do was pay $100 deductible I was more than happy. He gave me a few options, cause they had to keep my truck all day and the next day. And if that didn't work he was going to re-book me in. Well if I didn't have to go anywhere I wouldn't even care but I had to attend a meeting with work the next day. Blair also said with my extended warranty I had a rental option, so I decided to go with that. Blair Martin went over and beyond and took care of everything. The only issue I had is when I picked up truck my seats was a little bit dirty with mud and my steering wheel covered with a little bit of oil on it.
Had my 2017 F350 in service to fix an oil leak and have all the fluids changed. Blair and Paula were very helpful in getting the truck fixed and back to me on time. And at a better price than I was expecting! They were awesome. I would recommend Koch Ford for service to anyone with a Ford!
