KOC is the ONLY orthopedic clinic we will ever use! The doctors and nurses are amazing and extremely friendly! However, the front desk employees could be a little friendlier.

Dr Fry and his lead nurse are BY FAR the RUDEST most unempathetic people I ve come across in the medical field and I ve been a nurse for over 20 years! Had I not been referred here I would NEVER have scheduled NOR refer my dog to this place for that matter! This was my third visit that I waited welllll over 2 hours for only to find out my medical records had been lost and they had no knowledge of what was wrong with me!! I realize they are well known for their care of the athletes in this town BUT those are NOT the only patients! Stop treating the patients like an assembly line and actually show some CARE!!!!

Dr. Ivy did surgery on my hand. He and his staff were all very professional and nice. They answered all my questions and my thumb hurts a lot less. I was very pleased with my experience here.

Dr Ivy and his attending staff are genuinely interested in your recovery. I was a part of the treatment , not simply a patient! They all asked questions, and listened to the feedback, instead of presuming a conclusion based upon the previous notes of other providers. A genuine desire to excel in MY success, not their completion of a treatment. Their reimbursement was a fraction of what their charges were, and I was still treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I have referred clients to them, and they will continue to be at the top of my referral list for orthopedic needs! GREAT job to them all!

I was so nervous and had put off seeking any help for my shoulder for 8 months. So glad I finally went in. Everyone was wonderful from check in throughout checkout. Dr Spencer was great. Made me feel at ease. He came recommended, and I m glad I listened. So relieved I don t need surgery!!! Frozen shoulder. Kenalog injection and physical therapy!!

Dr Madigan always takes an interest in my health. He is never in a rush. He speaks in a concise way and makes medical jargon understandable. He is the best!

It's always a very pleasant and efficient visit. I never feel rushed but I do feel like I'm in and out in a very timely manner. I never have to wait very long to be seen. I also feel I get the very best of care with Dr. Fry. I wouldn't trust my neck to anyone else.

Dr. Scott is a wonderful doctor, and I have been a patient of his for several years. He has a unique way of making you feel like you are his only patient. Dr. Scott takes time to listen when discussing your health issues. His staff is always professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Benson Scott to anyone looking for a orthopedic specialist.

Dr. Chris Testerman was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. The nursing staff were also very kind and helpful. I m hopeful my foot will heal completely under their care.

Dr. Spencer is a great guy and doctor and listening to you when you talk. I would and do recommend Dr. Spencer all the time. About three years ago there was something wrong with my shoulder and no one would tell what and acting like I was lying and only wanting piles. In 15 mins DR. Spencer told me actually what was wrong with my shoulder and how he could fix it.
